help, suggestions please!

Stop drinking so much coffee . . . don't know really, but my sister had a problem with her sleep, and she found it was because of all the coffee she was drinking to stay up in the day . . . now she doesn't drink any past like five (or seven, can't remember) at night, and goes to bed around eleven thirty, and it's helped her a lot (from my understanding of what she's told me). If there is another possibility, good luck . . .

Purchase an ioniser and try to practice in the morning. Check your sleep apnea with a sleep professional. It's not something that can be ignored like my hemorrhoid.

Where can I buy an ioniser? And usually I stop drinking coffee around 3 PM. Thanks for the replies!

Hemorrhoid shouldn't be ignored as well.

This kind of situation is common to many people, MrWizyrd! Try jogging or swimming every second day and you will gradually stop drinking that coffee and start feeling much better. Correct nutrition (vitamins, veggies, fruits, etc) is a great deal as well! You will notice the changes already in a few days and weeks! Good luck [:D] !

Ok, lets see.. I am a software engineer so I sit at a computer all day, and often stay up quite late working on projects. I also believe I have sleep apnea, and my gf believes I do as well. So I am mostly always drowsy and tired, and drink my share(well everyones share) of coffee throughout the day. So whenever I try a new method, I fall asleep. When I get tired, I just drop. Anyone have any suggestions on what I can do? Going to sleep earlier does not seem to have an effect!
