I do not want to offend you but why do you need help? Just go about your plan and you will see for your self. To answer your first question, I only heard of it online.

I've read it all and i don't like it.
It's very confused and it says about strange creatures and all that.
Don't expect it to help you with projecting.
It focus only on how the realm are, what he meet and in a scientific explaination.
Very confused for me...

If you don't like it, purelight, you could ship me your copy.

Ultimate Journey is not the best book, confusing and generally disappointing. A very good book by Monroe is his first and deservedly his most respected, Journeys out of the body. Try get hold of that book rather MuTeKid, it is far more informative and interesting. It is a deservedly famous book in the esoteric literature.

Sokrates

I recommend that you start with Journeys out of the body and Far journeys by Monroe and Cosmic Journey by Rosalind McNight who worked with Robert Monroe.

Ultimate Journey is quite abstract, not exactly a beginner tool but for me its the most exiting material ever from Monroe. He has contact with his wife Nancy (who permanently has left the physical)and he knows at what time he will do the same...brrr.

Hi MuTeKiD,

I would agree with Sokrates regarding the books and agree that you might want to start with Monroe's first book Journeys Out of the Body. After that, try his second book Far Journeys, and then his third Ultimate Journey. In that way you will get a sense of progression and the books will make more sense.

Also, if you use our search engine (at the top of the page) and type in the words "Robert Monroe" or any of each of the titles of any of his three books, you will see a lot of previous posts. Some of these posts contain some very good information and are worth reading.

Very best,
