Hi, i'm having a hard time finding Astral binaural beats.
all i can find is frickin lucid dreaming ones....
Or astral ones however they are on youtube which is of absolutely no use to me.
i'm looking for some i can put on an ipod.
so if you know where i can find some let me know?
or if you know how to rip audio from a youtube vid through an addon or something that'll be great
A few other thing you could use . You can down load mp3 files and get an mp3 player . There is gnaural , a free binural beet player that runs on Linux/windows .
Audio Entrainment on Youtube is my favorite. They have some really nice AP binaurals and isochronics.

There is no difference between "astral" or "dreaming" binaural beats. Both send you to roughly the same entrainment frequency, and where your brain settles at has to do with your level of relaxation and focus. I have projected in 'delta' before, a setting that is supposed to be for deep sleep, and others do it for theta. I'm pretty sure that something for 'lucid dreaming' will take you to either theta or even a lower frequency, but your waking state will probably take you to theta anyway.
Anyway, if it's suggestion, it's not the binaural that does it, it's the subliminals in them.
if you google 'youtube to mp3' there are sites that convert the audio from youtube videos into mp3 so if you find a good ap track on youtube you could download the audio
