Does anyone else experience this?

Hello everyone. I've been posting here on and off probably for a year. From previous posts people claim I am very adept at having natural OBE's frequently. I have been super busy with life and have not been able to practice/project much. This is because of how hectic ive been at school and work mostly. There are two things I wanted to ask today:

1) Do you have moments in your life where things are just to busy to keep projecting? I have spontaneous OBE's still but my overall number of OBE's have decreased because the lack of induced ones. Do you feel like when you don't have an OBE for quite some time you have to *relearn* things in the astral? I feel that way...

2) My "exits" have always been quite interesting. The exit of my body is always very memorable but the return is not memorable at all. If i don't"return" properly though I wake up to quite a bit of hypnopompic/hypnogogic hallucinations and buzzing noises. My question is actually if anyone else experiences similar separation as I do. Usually when I leave my body I feel my feet float up first and I see them disjoin from my physical body. Then the rest of my body floats upwards and basically my astral body will be facing 90 degrees upwards before my "head" disjoins. It is quite interesting. At that moment I send a trigger to cause the actual separation. If this "disjoint" is quick, then I will usually fly right out of the house, but if it is slow then I usually have much more control over where I first start out. I have had many other ways to leave my body such as visualization etc but this one seems the most common with me. I woke up several times today in the morning and thought to myself "Ya know what, I havnt forced an OBE in quite some time". So I laid on my back and induced the one I had at 11:04am.

I notice my "skills" deteriorate so to say, if I dont have OBE's regularly and that I have to relearn things after I separate completely. Anyone else experience similar sensations/feelings? Thanks.
I wandered slowly there
I saw a field where a thousand corpses lie
Angels sang the hymn of the end
About monsters which they fought
Over our world

I've had many times like that, no time or energy or want to for various reasons, but when I resume practice the 'knowledge' or 'instinct' is still there, plus I'll occasionally spontaneously project anyway.

What you're describing is close to the type of exits I used to have, but no longer.  Now it's in 'one' movement, all of me out with great speed, or a phaseout.  I also do not get any vibes or sounds anymore, maybe voices, but not mechanical type sounds.
