Brainwave Generator. Effective?

I was looking at the free brainwave generator program and saw it had some options where you can use OBE inducing brainwave sounds. Before I spend a lot of time trying it properly I was going to ask here first.

So has anyone here used any OBE inducing brainwaves on this program to any success? are they any good?

I want to see if anyone knows if they are actually any good before I do them myself, the last thing I want is to spend days and days doing these brainwaves to no effect. Thx.

Nothing will "induce" an OBE for you. 
You can't just turn on a CD, listen to it and BAM!  Be out of your body.

*YOU* still have to do the majority of the work... the sounds you hear simply put you in a slightly more receptive mode.

With that said, yes the BWGEN stuff is pretty good.   Assuming you can find a preset or make you own that works for you.
