Astral Time Travel

I was wondering if anyone knew how to reach F15 of the Monroe phasing model, where you enter an area of 'no time'. As far as I understand it is in this focus of counciousness that you can time travel in the astral and I was wondering if anyone knew any techniques on reaching this focus area.

Also, the Exploring Focus 15 volume of HemiSync is the only volume that I can't find for download on the Internet so I'm getting a little frustrated as I believe F15 is one of the next areas I'm ready to explore.

I'm not too familiar with Monroe's model (still learning!) but in a couple of my experiences I saw small low-flying clouds. When I passed through them time seemed to either stop or go backwards. In one of my experiences I even bumped into my astral body from the past as a result of this.

can u really restart ur own life by just doing the astral time travel...? or can u just see ur past time?

I think you can see you in the past time and your house is totally strange because if there was guy before you in your house , you can see it like in the past.
