Who/What was this?

Recently while trying to astral project, I was on the verge of moving out when I started feeling a cool breeze over my body and a ringing sound (Not the same as kundalini vibrations I usually get). It seemed to be coming from something external. Then I saw a strange looking hand appear out of the corner of my eye. It was black and had a white flowing robe and seemed to be coming out of some sort of bright light. The picture attatched is the best way I can draw it (in paint lol). I have not seen an angel before, but this is definitely not what one is supposed to look like!


I did not feel afraid, although, now that I think of it, that hand was extremely creepy looking. I was trying to say to it "I'm not taking your hand" but it slowly moved it's hand closer. I didn't want to move because it was so close it would have touched me. But I tried to move anyway, and it suddenly disappeared as I got up...

Anyone know what the heck that was? I'm thinking MAYBE it's what the ancient egyptians would call "Anubis", but I'm still not sure because I didn't see the rest of it.

For the time being, I wouldn't go as far as placing a judgment call upon what you BELIEVE it is... because that's simply going to manifest it in whatever answer you come up with.

Just accept that it happened... file it away as an experience and move on.
If you experience it again, remain calm and ask questions outloud.

I have never seen hands, but I felt 2 hands grab mine and pull me out......after asking for help getting out outloud for like a week straight.......I felt the hands touch mine.....so I "grabbed" on.          After a few seconds I could see a young girl...... 12ish... Pulling me towards the door. ....I was just floating... Unable to move...she was wearing a silver metalic outfit...almost looked like aluimnum foil....  I ofcoursed paniced and was instantly snatched back.    But.     I would love to do that over or again even.   So I say... If you see it again... Grab on!

Didn't Monroe mention something about hands pulling him into Locale III in his first book? I don't actually have the book so I can't check, sorry.
