Why can't I pull him?

hi everyone last time i tried to pull my friend i found everything in his house as energy balls which are all in different colours.other times i tried to pull him was totally different i was seeing him normally...but when i tried to pull him i was shocked en went back to my body this time nothing like this happened anyone has any ideas?

Just kidding. I told a buddy of mine who hates all this stuff I was gonna come visit him down the street some night  
I don't know if the astral body can move items in the physical plane though. Like tip over his bureau for instance

It is possible to pull someone out of body, but it requires a lot of active participation on the side of the person who will be pulled out of body. The person has to be trying to get out and expecting to be helped with the process. It can't be just a matter of getting in position and waiting for something to happen.

Let's think about u did an obe and visit a friend while he/she was sleeping, will he/she see you in her/his dream?

It could happen, but this isn't automatic either. It relies on the person who is dreaming to be able to remember the dream after waking up as a minimum. A lucid dream would be even better.
