This was wild

I fell asleep early yesterday around 9pm until about 4am rustling about here and there inbetween.  I stayed up for about 90 minutes and decided I was tired and went upstairs to sleep some more.  What followed was a barrage OBE's/phases.  I believe I successfully phased for the first time, I could tell I was starting to doze off and the image of a person came into my view, I locked on to it and the environment filled in around me, all the while staying completely aware of what was happening.  This happened 1 or 2 more times, I would lose it after what seemed like a couple minutes, then would reenter into a similar but not the same environment.  I also had about 5 or 6 OBE's, which is crazy for me.  It seemed like I was unable to not be lucid no matter what I did during this time resulted in an obe or phase.  It was probly the most wild and fun stretch of experiences i've ever had.

Greetings iamkul
Just curious  - you experienced Both phases And OBEs? -- so could you tell if there was any difference between the two? Were the OBEs in a familiar RTZ environment (like your house) and the Phases in an unfamiliar (or dreamlike) location??

That is exactly right.  Each OBE started exactly the same, I rolled out of my bed, walked downstairs and out of my apartment.  The couple phases that I had were all in unfamiliar locations with people I had no clue as to who they were.  None of the OBE's or phases I had that night seemed as vivid as other OBE's i've had.  I had trouble remaining in the OBE's but could almost immediately leave my body again, not sure why, I was in the zone i guess

Thanx for the response. I have a theory about Phasing. From the accounts of Phasing experiences that I have read on Michael Raduga's www.obe4u.com site and from a Russian website of Phasing/OBEs journals (the link is on Raduga's OBE4u site) I have come to the conclusion that Most phases (maybe not all) are a type of hybrid experience between a vivid lucid dream and an astral projection. I've noticed that Most phases begin After a person becomes lucid in a dream and occur in an unfamiliar location. Of course the terminology can be quite confusing as some people DO make a distinction between OBEs, APs, LDs and phases and yet Many people Do Not and consider all to be basically the same thing. So that's an issue that is best avoided for now. Yet the frequency of Phases that begin as LDs point to the probability the phases may be more akin to LDs than to APs.

Hope that makes sense  :-)

I done this too! Keep up the great work. I had those visions as well... A man in a chair walking toward me. Closer and closer... I kept aware. Lots of different colors. One day I projected 3 times. It's great. Good job. :)
