How much energy do you have when you do that?

what about your head gotem? usually if parts of your body aren't in trance it's because there is some physical tension there.  try spending more time relaxing those areas that don't seem to want to slip into trance, first.

if you take notice if your breathing right now and i asked you where you feel your breath when you breathe, you will most likely say your chest.  this is normal.  try breathing into the bottom of your spine, instead of into your chest. don't force your breath down there w/ your muscles.  instead, kind of feel your breath originating from that point. w/ a little practice, this should relax most of your body in under a few minutes.

Wow that is a really good technique for getting into trance.

Right now just sitting at my computer I can see how that relaxes those tense chest and stomach muscles.

In my experiences with AP getting into trance is the most difficult and time consuming part.

Master that and you are a projector.

One thing that I have found amazingly beneficial when trying relaxing is stretching on a regulat basis.  This kind of goes along the same lines as when Mr. Bruce recommends that people tense and then relax their muscles all over there body.  This has a similar affect; if you continue stretching the relaxed affect will continue all day long.

This site has some great stretches I especially find the back stretches useful because that is where I have many of my tension problems.  I recommend to everyone to strecth for around 10 minutes a day about 30 seconds on several different stretches and your body will begin to loosen-up and lose some tension.

Yes that is exactly right. Once reaching the deep trance state, otherwise known as "mind awake, body asleep", it is all a matter of projection technique. That is why the focus should be on achieving the trance state, and also why we have a large sticky topic on the subject:

There's a program I got at some expo (I got it for the cd case originally :X) That's called "Stretch Break".  This program reminds you to take stretch breaks while you are using the computer and even has a lil window of how to do them instead of just telling you. I dunno if it's available outside of the CD, but you may just wanna take a peek  :)

Thanks Squeek,

I found a student version of "stretch break" and it looked good so I downloaded it.  Tomorrow will be my first real test of the program.  I am the kind of person that spends on average more than 5 hours a day on the computer and desperately need reminders it is time to take a break.  Darn computer engineering courses[;)].
