I've been thinking about the Greys and I was wondering why we have to leave our body to go the other planes but Greys can go to any plane without leaving their body.

Atleast to me it doesn't make any sense for atomic bodies to exist in a sub-atomic environment, they would have to be projections thereof.

There is some ontological theory that says that rather than existing primarily in any one "dimension", we exist simultaneously in all dimensions at some level of consciousness. So we don't "leave" our bodies, just shift perspective. Chances are they do the same.
But since we're on this topic I gotta ask, who they hell is talking to the greys like they're buddies. Everything I've ever read or learned about the greys says that they are malevolent beings who feed on lower vibrational energy. Granted I read a lot of conspiracy research, but still. What I've learned is that they are subordinate to the Annunaki but still in league with them. Perhaps if anyone is learning from them they ought to double check to make sure they're legit.
I don't know. I'm not talking to any other dimensional or other planetary beings, so I don't know what the experience some people are having is like. Perhaps they have met some genuine beings. I don't know. So, don't take offense from my statement because i don't mean it to be. Just saying.
Recently i have also had some thoughts about the underlying topic we are conversing about i have mentioned it to a us on here
i think ome people lik the "person talking to the greys" is making a lot of it up if not all of it and i think its ashame that people come on to our forum and spread so muh rubbish
you know you get some people on this forum trying to deeply explain ap to people who dont know about it
you getting people dedicating most of there lives to pove the exsistance of ap
and then you get other people making alot of stuff up and all the years of research and explaining by people then just looks like a lot of rubbish because some dillusinal peson comes on here and starts talking alot of rubbish nd givess people a bad view about ap
because 99.9 percent of people here are nt nut cases and far from it. 98 percent of people here are super clever
i tried to explain mself without hurting anyones feeling and so i dont know if i ame across clear about who i am addressing this to and its no one who has posted in this topic as of yet.

The grays are 4th density matter, therefore the exist in the Real Time Zone in their natural state.
I do believe in aliens but there seems to be so many conflicting beliefs on these topics its really hard to have a solid answer.
It's important to stay open minded and always keep learning. Learn from others that have experienced stuff like this and check in with your higher self to see if he/she agrees with it. Our higher selves can't lie, especially when it comes to things like this.
