Title: Why do you astral project?
Post by: hereforhelp on April 04, 2011, 14:13:58
Ok, now I want to know what is the point of astral projecting for you? Why do people do this? I want to do it because it sounds fun to just fly, and do unrealistic things. Then maybe once I do that hopefully I will, I will get use to it and began to speak with beings.

To go from "believing" I'm more than my physical body... to "KNOWING" I'm more than my physical body.

What Xanth said and also meeting your inner 'demons' head on and gaining understanding from your higher self can have a wonderful reward of personal growth.

I can't explain the feeling I've had after my first OBE...The first evidence that there is more in around us that meets the eye....mmm I'll never forget that!

I want to astrally project for lots of reasons but I think the most important is to go from believing to knowing like Xanth said. But another reason would be to see beings that you wouldn't normally see in the physical like ETs or demons.

Personally, I have the philosophy disease and love to explore the mysteries of the universe/consciousness. Also I want to heal myself and others.

just as xanth said -i want answers.

please realize that i was spooked by some of the experiences i read about before i began my journey, yet i chose to face the perils to see if the truth was really there. i was not religious then, nor am i religious now.

through a mixed bag of events i've only discovered two truths so far. the first is that love is the answer! the second is a bit zany, but truth nonetheless.
