Hi,

I am able to get myself into numbness in the morning. But i want to know why do we feel numb when we are relaxed? Do you 'always' feel numb when we are relaxed?

thnx

Hello,

You were probably in a trance state. The reason for the numbness is that the state involves you mind being awake while your body is asleep. There are various degrees of it. It's a perfectly natural, harmless state.

Cheers,

You should be warned that before you undertake any of the procedures outlined here in AstralPulse you should talk with your doctor. The symptoms you describe could be the sign of a dangerous drop in blood pressure. People can die by doing some of the stuff suggested and encouraged here. I hope the owners of this page have some good malpractice insurance.

Do your morning experiences include sleep paralysis? Sleep paralysis tends to numb the physical body. Perhaps you did not have full paralysis but were in a condition of near or partial physical paralysis.
