Wierd sensation in my pelvis

it means chakra is opening- nothing else-

Lately when i have been trying to have an OBE when my body starts getting fairly relaxed i will get a feeling in the chakra located at my pelvis that feels like a deep tickling it lasts for about ten to fifteen seconds.It dosent hurt or anything, it feels pretty nice. I was just wondering what this means, and if i am close. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
