Hey i have one problem with Astral Projecting. I have a deviated septum which makes it difficult for me to breathe through my nose for most of the time. I will soon have to get a minor surgery to fix this, but who knows how long that could be. Anyways i breathe through my mouth which seems to be an issue because when i'm focusing on not focusing i have to swallow, so i have to close my mouth and swallow which interrupts my processes. any ideas on how to fix this? I really want to AP but i cant exactly fix this one issue, is it okay to swallow? will that screw it up? i obviously do this while im sleeping so its not a problem then, will this prevent me from Astral Projecting? Also for any of you who are experienced what is the best time to AP? i try to do it when i wake up in the middle of the night but i fall right back asleep. Should i do it when i got to sleep? (11:00 PM usually) or should i set an alarm and do it then? if so how long do i wait for? thanks for the answers Smiley

Anything that becomes instinct should be ignored, your body will regulate itself naturally. As long as its not something obviously dangerous.
Best time is the morning. You're 5 times more likely to succeed. Exactly when is dependant on your circumstances.
I'd start when you normally wake. Don't move or get up or even open your eyes. Lie there before your body awakes fully. You are primed to go...
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

One think you might try is to put the tip of your tong to the roof of your mouth . Your body does not make  saliva , and you dont need to swallow .
