How much do you work at it?

Hello Paukki,

That's a good point your bringing up, I think. With me it differs how much time I have available. Now around Easter I practice several times per day, as I'm having a short vacation, relaxing and doing concentration exercises. At night I always practice, when I have the luck I wake up naturally. if I wake myself using the clock, most of the times I'm too drowsy to practice.

Everyone has to see for oneself how much practice he or she does. I think the most important is not to overpractice, and stress yourself too much, with the consequence that you become fed up with the whole thing. If you arrive to that point it is surely beneficial to decrease your frequency of practicing, or to quit for a while like you say.

I do think it's important to have a routine, in such a way that you're always looking forward to the next training session, when the last one has finished..

Best regards,
Ebele

Consistent desire and intent are the key to change

Hey, Paukki.

I practice one hour per day. Like eeb, I practice more often when I have time, but I never push myself too hard. I practice more than an hour only when I really want to, if I'm not in the mood, than I make a break. I believe that practicing without a firm desire can really be a waste of time.

Take care,
Pan

I practice an hour a day, before bed.

Last night, I moved on to the next stage of N.E.W. (leg conduits, knee, hips work out). Man. Talk about an immediate flow response. BUZZZZZ. heh heh.

Hi gang, just curious about how much time and effort people put into their obe quest/adventures.  Also curious about taking "time off" from obe stuff, (like if some find it absolutely necessary to take long breaks, or short breaks, or however you define it.)  Lately I am mostly just practicing the phasing method using cd1/track 2 from the Gateway series, anywhere from 1 to 3 times a day.  Tonight I was wondering if I just quit altogether for a length of time, (how long?  I don't know, what have you tried?), maybe it would be helpful in the long run.  Looking forward to your replies.  [:)]
