Welcome to the forum.  The more posts you read, the more you will find that people have all sorts of experiences.  You can fit your experiences in with other people's and come up with your own language for what is happening with you.

I'm new, I just heard about this website from the Art Bell show and decided to see if I could get some advice about my special talent.

Long story short.  Whenever I fall assleep on my back with the covers off of my chest I have strange things happen like: Cold ghost-like touches, I have seen people, I usually will wake up my wife b/c I'm telling whatever I see to get away or telling it to F off!  These occurences have been happening to me since I was a young boy and I'm now in my 30s.  These occurences are always in my home ( I am seeing my house and what ever happens to stop by).  

One of my most vivid experiences was me sitting up in my bed and a young black girl was standing in my doorway of the bedroom smiliing at me.

Another time I awoke with my hand outstretched shaking hands with someone.

What is this?  I'm guessing I'm just dreaming but I can do this everynight if I wanted to.
