Twisting all Layers while traveling through sound waves to enter a VR realm?

    I'm going to be very precise in asking this question....

 "Lets say i have the mirror and picture set up already, but my main overall goal is generally related to the same aspect of inserting my orb self into the picture, yet somewhat different."  

my goal is as follows........"Admitting that possibilities are purely infinite, whose to say that i can't conduct my astral sight into attracting my energy towards a certain grouping of sound waves, then implanting myself inside of a speaker(with a certain genre of music playing on mute to keep from distracting my physical self), possess my energy inside a random soundwave, thenforth allowing my energy to separate and spread like a plague to every similar soundwave of the same breed."  With that being said,........

If anyone can appreciate my commitment to learn properly and help...."I kinda already understand the guiding process in shifting the movement and pattern of the sound to different areas of the room, {but how does someone twist all overlapping dimensions together in order to let the Virtual Reality realm split it's crevice open"?}  

Any help other than Multitasking tips would be very pleasent.
