Would what i experianced be an AP?

Often times 1 toke is enough to "grease the wheels", more than that and the additional side affects mask the sensations.  I am not advocating drug usage to increase your OOBE chances, it doesn't work that way, you don't get something for nothing  It does indeed sound like a OOBE.

Once you know what to expect, it's easier to work with the symptoms and bring on an OOBE/AP.  Meditation and bio-energy work can alleviate the Anxiety, and won't hurt the ADHD (which is just a lable anyway, it's a side affect of too much TV, which puts you into a trancelike sleep, so your brain over-reacts to keep busy!).

I have had these effects 2-3 times whilst smoking marijuana - and often times a very small ammount not comparable to what i often do. It starts as a very noticeable head change, a behind time just overall high - an extremely intense one. I cannot fully describe it but your senses sinuses legs everything is sensititive beyond beleif. At one point i closed my eyes, and popped my ears... which is a chronic problem i have. It was fine until eventually i hear a EXCRUCIATINGLY loud pop followed by a vibratory buzz starting at my head following through my spine through my whole body, i begin shaking and become cold, i keep my eyes closed and only wish for it to go away, i do all i can to not do it again but inevitably i do and it continues to surge throughout my body, at this point i am having closed eye visuals - lightening strikes - which i envision correlating to my brain structure, breaking ect. At one point in this i fall out of my body so to speak and see myself 3rd person from an overhead view, like from the corner of a rectangular room, im seeing third person but i am feeling the effects first if that makes sense at all. I also have extreme trouble breathing and i feel my heart beating throughout my body in inexplicably intense pulses NOTE - i am not on any medication, and these affects are not always felt during marijuana induction, i have a history of addhd and slight anxiety, i have been labeled obsessive compulsive. Also in reading this site i have dreams that are strikingly similar to others...

I have wondered what this is for quite some time and had no knowledge of AP or any OOB experiances at the time.
