Sounds odd but try asking her while she is asleep to stop or inform her that she is.  Do so as not to wake her up.  I have found that people are highly suggestable while asleep and you can give basic commands that most people obey.  It's kinda fun.

Thanks for the advice.

I find a flying slipper is also quite effective!! (only joking!!!)

I did gently ask her to stop snoring, then a little louder, then a little louder

She tutted, twisted, turned and then went off to sleep.........2 minutes later..........

SSNNNNAAAARRRRGGGGHHHH PPPHHHHEEWWWW!!!!

Ah well, we can't have love and peace in the same house all the time can we!!!

Make her sleep on her side.  I tell my partner to "turn over" when he starts snoring, and then he starts to grumble in his sleep, I then use my comand voice -  "TURN OVER - NOW!"  or else...  No slipper for me, I'll just repeat the phrase until he does what I say, "NOW!, NOW!, NOW!, NOW!..." - it's called nagging, it's very effective - I've never had to use it, the threat of it is enough.

You could buy her those nostril separators from 'Boots'.   But you better get a bunch of flowers to go with...  Women can get very sensitive about presents like that.

Hi Tia

Many thanks for your suggestions.

Being a romantic at heart (honest!) I will do as you suggest with the flowers.

I've got the night off tonight.  I will try to project in a snore free environment....

Any quick tips on getting to the vibration stage will be great

Regards,

Spencer

Anybody have a cure for snoring!!!!!!

Not for me, my girlfriend!!!!!  I was an hour into relaxation, the vibrations were building up fairly nicely, then.........

SSNNNNAAAARRRRGGGGHHHH PPPHHHHEEWWWW (try this noise in a very loud manner and you'll see what I have to put up with!)

I need a bigger house (or a quieter young lady!!)

Tee hee!
