Hi Richard, I split this out into it's own thread for you. 

And yes, "anyone" can do Astral Projection.  You just have to be willing to put in the time and effort to be successful.

I like the way Tom Campbell answered this question. Basically he likens it to learning a musical instrument. Anyone can do it, though some people are going to "pick it up" quicker than others. Some people are going to need to work harder at it than others and so on. Even if you don't have a natural "talent" for it (and to be honest, that is rarer than it is common both in terms of AP'ing and musical talent), you can still put in the time and effort to get there.. you just need to want it badly enough to put in the time and effort as well as not giving up after a short time. For some it can take months or even years to be fully adept at AP'ing.. just like with music.
