I never seem to have had any problem hearing astral sound, I heard it even before I knew what it was; taking it for granted. I am also very musically inclined, and most of the time I am more clairaudient than clairvoyant.

I think that hobbies, and the way you think, learn and communicate have an effect on the best method to use when trying to project or get vibrations. For example, I have had a lot of difficulty using projection methods that require the third eye alone.

Do others of you find this as well? If you have been working really hard with this method, and not having much success, I recommend trying a different method based on these factors.

I want to try triangle method but I can't hear any SSSHHHH sound in deep of my ears. But then I had that idea!.. I'll try this technique again and again when I hear some sound that you describe to SSSHHHH sound. Is there any other technique for hear this sound. I feel and hear only NNNNNNNN sound, that like, open your TV and Mute it. You'll hear a NNNN sound from your TV.. I had only hear this sound. What can I do for hearing SSSS sound ?

Syntax if you hear a NNNN sound just use it... That is the sound you are looking for. People just describe the sound in different ways.

Concentrate on the NNN sound and your third eye... Feel yourself between your ears and your third eye... Thats all about it.

Hmm let me see... You are missing the point here i think.

The point is to feel yourself in your astral body.

How do we feel ourselves in our physical body? Concentrate on your ears and eyes now. You can feel your existance in the physical plane easily.

The triangle method does the same thing. You just concentrate on your Astral senses in order to feel yourself in the astral plane.

If your breath exercise interrupts the sound just dont do the breath exercise. Just try to listen the sound and soon you will start hearing awful astral noises. Dont be distracted by them. Beware that the vibrations may start at this point.

DONT TRY TO VISUALIZE ANYTHING WHILE DOING THIS.

Concentrating on the third eye:
Now close your eyes and dream yourself somewhere else. What you are doing right now is concentrating your third eye.

I have tried methods before, but I have never had success. I can never seem to get relaxed enough to do it. I have awakened to the frozen state several times and once I felt vibrations. I know I had an OBE once, but I couldn't "see".

Anyway, last night I tried your technique. And it was really hard for me to focus because the fan I have is really loud. So I couldn't get the hang of it before falling alseep. I figured must try when I am awaking because it's easy to get into a trance state. (I am notorious for waking several times a night)

So last night at about 4am I woke up and was in that half awake half asleep phase. The first thought that popped in my head was "place yourself in the triangle".  I focused on the SSSS sound  and my astral ears.  Suddenly everything became focused.  I could feel my third eye vibrating and "swishing" if that makes sense? Like a strong resonation. Maybe that's that disorientation you mentioned. I felt a small amount of vertigo. Then the thought "IT's going to happen!!!!" popped in my head and I felt this rush of excitement and it died. LOL

But I have to say, for my first time that this method has worked better than any I have tried. I'm gonna keep trying!!

I tried this method a couple of days ago and felt a slight vibration on my forehead for about 2 seconds, then it stopped, and I had no other type of sensations....am I getting any closer? I'm wondering if I'm doing it right....
I relaxed first, then concentrated on this method, then fell asleep after I felt the vibrations.

I think it is because when the forum switched formats, the original post was lost, and later recovered without the original poster's name- one of those technical snafus.  So the tech is on page 5, and possibly somewhere else without the name.

There are several things you should understand before risking your money using this or any other method.
