That is realy cool!!!...I'm attempting astral travelling for the first time and things are a little bit difficult for me to understand and my main concern is that I canot go as far as the trance(mind awake-body assleep state)and I desparately need help with it because I just can't simply understand why I can't get there,I have heard about the astral and the amazing stories people have to say about them and I would love to experience it for myself for the first time but with my dilema I am in a bit of a pickle....someone please help me..
