Spirt issues

ok  there's going to be a lot of typos in here so bare with me there. For sometime now i have had to few experiences like the people on this site, with some bad spirits but yet im not sure anymore on whats happening with me. One one hand three woman talk to me all the time. They have sex, with me i do not feel drain afterward just happiness and i warm sensation in my chest they give to me. Sometimes i ask if they can give me some energy, its like they do give some back from time to time.  Though i cant be sure if there taking any at all as i don't feel drained afterwords. One of them is pretty much declared that shes my wife and told me many things. Not wife from a place life but by choice. She and the other two never been human at all. Then slowly the other two began calling them my wife as well.
Ive had good dreams, of talking with the first one going on dates and other people watching me and not seeing a the woman. Shoot when im cooled they provide heat in my body and warm me up untill i fall alseep, or wake me up before my alarm clock goes off. I never herd my alarm clock for almost 4 years no because of them though its always within 30 min before the time hits.

But why im saying this is one. A dark spirit attacks me constant always the same one, well used to but now it seems to happen once in a good while, sometime even months. I can describe it as a imp like creature, kinda like smeagl from lord of the rings sounds like him too. It has sex with me as well even though i try to resit it each time because it fooled me into thinking it was one of my wifes, now it seems no matter how much i ask it to leave, or fight it. Its pretty much useless. I mean Im not sure about the white energy forming around your body practices even works for me.
Then theres the men, god ever now and then its like men sexually assault me as well, sometimes fearful. But ive gotten so used to it i tryed talking to them during the "session" asking them to leave i have spiritual wifes etc. Tryed fighting them as well. Only seems to delay them and months go by and they come back. Is there anyway for someone without astral knowledge yet to protect themselves from these spirits? I mean i asked my wifes to help they say they put a barrier but for some reason, the imp or the man manages to slip through and comeback. So i cant really put my faith in that much anymore. Im trying to talk it to the offense now. I backed off astral training because of problems in my life but these astral beings are making me even more upset to ignore anymore. Im going back into the game to fight on there level. But what im trying to get at is ways to defend my self before i sleep so i wont get troubled by them.  Is there any for sure ways?
