hi guys just have a question......regarding psi energy.....

where to imagine psi energy.......in abdomen or in sternum.......?
i read in in a site that imagine it in sternum but from the same site i downloaded a ebook and it said to imagine at abdomen
i am confused........

Hello.  I think you might be looking at things from a slightly wrong direction.  Well, at least, I believe you might be.  There is a chance that there is some technique you are referring to that I am unaware of.  There are many ways to sense so call energy ... And, I think maybe one should be careful as to what books one reads.  Anyway, while there are many "techniques" out there, I don't see things as following any "cook book."  These are just basic truths.  Someone did not need to tell you how to breath air, or how to see your hand, did they?  I think it is just the same thing.  Well, largely.  Much of what one needs to do to see/feel so called energy is to release all the mental nonsense they did/do/are doing/will do.  That is a work in progress for all, I think.  Well, at least for me.
