Hi guys, my name is Plase, I've had astral experiences since I was a kid but there is one in particular that bothered me a bit. One night I was awake I think, I had awaken from a nightmare and then I saw these creatures of some sort, my first thought is that they were aliens, but there were more than one and when they realized I could see them they all started rushing one after another underneath my bed. I've had many astral experiences but this one stands out because it still scares me, and I've stopped telling others about these experiences as well because they dont believe me or they think that I'm crazy. Does anyone know what the creatures might be at all?

Also, at that time in your experience, thought=action is very strong. Just waking up in your Dreams sometimes is enough to create a panic and that in itself can lead to terror.
If you think there is someone or something there, there will be. That's the way thought=action works in the non physical reality.
It kinda does but, I wasn't paralysed I could move because I jumped up while in a cold sweat but I was afraid and so I didnt scream or call for help because my mother was beside me asleep and I didnt want anything to happen to her.

Try saying "Hello" to them next time.
You may be shocked by their reponse.
They just might turn around and say Hello to you as well! :-)
They are likely just as afraid of you as you are of them! :wink:

I had some dreams like that when I was little. Really scary stuff that compounds. This is the hallmark of any F21( personal mental palace) experience. I wouldn't worry too much. You just had proficiency + terribly scary thought.
