hmm... it very well could be. Try using banishing rituals on it. If that doesn't work, you can use a crystal to stab its astral body and shatter it. This will send it to witch heaven and it can't ever come back. Crystals are good because you can use their astral counterparts.

Thanks for the tip but I should probably mention that this happend like over eight years ago and it hasn't done anything since then. I am just curios about what exactly happend because I still don't know and I still sleep with my light on every night. The other thing is I just stopped meditating after that for several years. After a couple of years the only place I would meditate was outside in the sun shine because I felt allot safer that way.

hmm... I wouldn't worry about it then. It's possible this witch ghost leraned that you had no bad intentions and decided to leave you alone. I can't really think of why it would come back for you after all these years.

As a premier member people probably read your advice on these forums with a form of respect and relief in answer to thier problems.

That's not necessarily true. One's "status" on a forum on the internet does not say anything about what they know. All it tells us is how much they have posted. It is dangerous to assume that they are wiser just because they post more, and only a fool would assume such a thing.

First off, I am not a Witch. I have my own belief system, and I am a monotheist. Second, I said what I said based on my own experience with entities.

And rather than criticize my posts, why don't you try putting forth your own advice? If you've got something to say to me, you can PM me, and you can still post advice to those who need it, without wasting space with your criticism of someone's post(s).

Enderwiggin is right...status is not indicative of needed respect or more knowledge. There are lot's of one timers that fly through here who demonstrate a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience.

And "banishings" are referred to in Robert Bruce's book, Practical Psychic Self Defense. I'll find the chapters and pages if you want.

To be honest the main reason I put the post up about being attacked by a spirit is curiosity. I mean it's not a problem anymore but I sure hope nothing like that ever happens again. I recently moved out of the house where it happened which was near San Francisco and I moved to Arizona into a newer house and I will tell you this knew house sure feels different. In the old house I would get the feeling of someone following me or standing near me in a room. I would catch glimpses of something moving by really fast out of the corner of my eye, like sort of a dark whispy shadow, none of that in my new house. [] I think that the best thing to do in a situation where someone is being attacked by a evil spitit is to send it love from your heart, You could say the god within me loves the god that is within you.

Depends on the entity though...

Most people attacked by negs can do exactly what you've suggested and youa re absolutely right, it will work. My God, you wouldn't believe how fast they run.

But then there are others that have a high threshold for pain, and if they hate you enough for reasons given in Robert's book, maybe you were a priest that exorcised them, maybe you're going to teach people something that would spread a lot of light around the planet...etc.

The other problem is, if you're attacker is human, sending light to them will only work if they are open to it's influence, free will and all that. I tried doing the light and love thing to my attacker...it sent him energy he used to attack me with.

Each situation is different, but most entities will run from an attack.

Hi I just thought I would share my story. When I was in high scool I was starting to meditate. It was on the evening of new years day and I was in my bedroom meditating. I was doing a meditation where I imagine that I am a tree and I am drawing energy up thru my roots and absorbing energy with my leaves. When I was doing this I got a bad feeling like I tapped into dark energy instead of good energy with my roots. Very soon afterword I had a very strong feeling of someone standing right at my door way. I tried to ignore it but the presense was too strong too ignore so I decided to quit my meditation and just walk out of the room. I stood up and walked thru my door way where this presense was and I walked right into it and that is when the attack happend. It was like a cloud of evil electricity and it was just trying to ingulfe me. I tried to get away from whatever it was so a jumped flat on the ground on my stomach and when I was lying there this energy that felt like electricity was starting to penetrate my body, like I could feel it seeping into my rib cage. I started screeming like hell and my brother who was sitting in the living room watching T.V ran over to me and yanked me away from it. I think he may have also sort of fought with it a little.

A couple of weeks later my mom said she had a dream about a evil women who stoll my sister. She said that in the dream she started beating the women up and spinning her over her head. She said that as she was doing this she felt like she was sort of becauming evil herself like she was enjoying beeting up this women. Then my mom told me that when she was having this dream that she felt a evil electricity seeping thruogh her scalp and into her head. I said  that was the same kind of energy I felt when I was being attacked!

A couple of weeks later I had a nightmare that didn't make a whole lot of sense. I just remembered there was allot of chaos like the ground in my front yard was collapsing and people where being cut with broken glass and people where falling into the ground and stuff. During the dream I was again feeling that unpleasent electic tingly energy seeping into my head. The same energy that I felt when I was being attacked and the same thing that my mom described. While all of this stuff was going on in the dream I saw the face of a women in the sky and I knew in the dream that this evil women with jet black hair and light skin and dark red lipstick was responsible for all of the chaos in my dream. In the dream I refered to her as a witch.

When I got up I wanted to share the dream with my mom because that is something that we would do allot, share our dreams. So I walked into the kithchen and told her that I had a dream about a witch last night. She asked me what the which looked like and I started to describe her and then my mom continued to describe her. Like I said she had jet black hair and pale skin and then my mom completed me by saying "and did she have dark red lipstick" or somthing like that. Then my mom said that is the same women who appeared in her dream, the one that she was beeting up.

Pretty strange huh. I havn't ever heard a story like this before. What do you think it was that attacked me and then came into me and my moms dreams? Could it be the spirit of someone who lived and died in the area? Please let me know what you think or if anyone has had a simalar experience.[V]
