Creating permanent psychic shields

I have`t tried it myself yet, becouse I have some reservations about the method. I just want to evaluate the consequences, before I act.

Everyone is, I am sure aware of the benefits of creating and maintaining powerful psychic shields, or wards for self and family.

There are many ways of accomplishing this of course, and it would be interesting to hear od successful methods used by members or references to such methods in books, on the Internet etc..
