I'm Sorry to hear of Your problem...The only thing I can recommend (not saying it's the Best or the Worst) is that since You know it's around Your core, use some Visualizations and Energy Manipulation to get rid of it...Remember, just the mere thought of a Neg's presence and need to get rid of it is the BEGINNING of the fight and, since it's been so long attached, a lot of changing of Yourself...

That Focuses on Imagination, Willpower, and a Positive Outlook...That is only because it has influenced You for so long, it knows You so intimately...Thus, they have effected You physically and, no doubtedly, emotionally/psychologically/etc as well...

You are Stronger than You would expect Yourself to be, so long as You Believe it is so and work for a Positive Goal...Remember, too, that since You KNOW it is a parasite, You can also destroy the attachment points it has on You, or even do a conversion of Energy, absorbing Your Energy back to You (if You do that, MAKE SURE TO CLEANSE IT BEFORE CONTACT OR MAKE IT INTO YOUR OWN ENERGY BEFORE CONTACT!!!)...

I have a very big neg that has attached itself to me.. I think it's been there since 4th grade (I'm 22 now).

Back in 4th grade there was a time when I kept hearing whispers and voices all around me and I felt this very dark presence, especially when the lights were off.  My parents did nothing about it - they said it was just my imagination, but I could hear them as clearly as I could hear anything else.  It was like whispers that were just too mumbled to make out any words.  Anyway, after a time the whispers stopped and I thought they had gone away, but then shortly after that and ever since, I have had one physical malady after the other.  Aside from severe colds regularly twice a year, and a very high suceptibility to cold weather or hot weather, I've also been diagnosed with autoimmune hepatitis (I actually almost died from that one), and Cushing's disease, as well as a pituitary tumor.  

I have suspicions that these rare diseases and weaknesses to common disease have been caused by the negs I encountered in 4th grade.. possibly they entered then and have just never left.  I did some shamanic workings and was told by one of my guides that it is true and that the dark being has wrapped itself tightly around my core being and has established itself firmly inside of me as a parasite.

I'm going to be attempting something to get rid of it, but I was wondering if any of you have any suggestions?  I've never done this before so I'm going purely on my own ideas and research.
