I know how you feel. Your story has a difference to mine. You said you felt the energy go from your head down. When my attacker first come to me I felt the energy come from my feet up. My attacker dragged my aura and he started from my head or shoulders and dragged his hands down my aura. At this time I did feel energy.

Thank you for your reply.I amscared and thinking of doing something stupid because this is suffocating me(quite literally because I have woken up many times in the night with my windpipe completely blocked and basically being suffocated).

I had my attacker take my voice away from me before. I think this is why he put his hand up to my heart or throat area. Have you checked for lumps? This maybe points of attachments.

Herbs under the mattress helps when there are negative spirits around. Holy water in a little cup or bowl will also trap spirits in the room. Running water is also useful. The fountains that they sell in stores are helpful when prayed over.
Voices and the things that irritate, and discourage are meant to do that for the entities to have the energy to feed off. The best thing to do is to distract yourselves.
The thing to realize is that there is always someone who is having something worse happen. Suffering is different for everyone and anything that occurs is to destroy and harm. It makes it so the energies involved keeps the curse going.

Yesterday I found a couple of sachets of lavender and sage herb that I forgot about so I will sprinkle them under my matress.
I will get a water fountain-how should I pray over it?My family are not too supportive and so I don't have anyone to help me with the running water under my bed although i would love to have that as well.
I have some nice classical music-Ave Maria by Schubert is one of my favourites.This calms both me and temporarily calms the negs.Also jumping to pop music helps.
The problem is that Robert talks about Core Images.My core image is wrapped up in the way I look now,the streets that I used to walk around happily when I was free from all this.
I guess that my vibrations are so low I can't "be bothered"to meditate or finish RB's book,I guess the drilling on the neck(it woke me up)has something to do with willpower.I know now (something that /i have been totally unaware of in the last 14 years)that I am not 100% me.I try and imagine a white neck brace of light around my neck,but it doesn't work.
It's a shame that just as big a concern of mine is my family.I am unsupported but this is my battle and it's fight or die time.

I have had alot of drilling on my chin and over the last year have developed a painful raised area on my gum(just where the tip of your tongue rests at the bottom)it's quite large(an inch width and 2 or 3 inches across).but as it's a gum i can't draw anything on it.I have a small lump 3 inches below the right eye and it has been there for as long as my problems,I tried the marking in RB's book yesterday and will try it every night for the next few weeks to see if anything happens.As I get localised drilling there i wouldn't be at all surprised if it is a point of attachment.
I get boil things which come and go on my earlobes and the surrounding neck area.I thought it was odd as I don't get acne.I think that is entity attachment too.
I also have a mole on my back which i noticed during puberty.I think I need to do something about that too,somehow draw RB's mark on it.
I have a water bed I sleep on. This doesn't appear to help stop the attacks during the night for my attacker still talks to me. Don't know if this is because the water isn't running or if it's because the water has been in the bed for a year and has aborbed the neg. energy and is full of it. Any one have suggestions here?

'Space-Clearing' Meditation
First of all spend a short time getting into the swing. Let your body relax. Jiggle about until you feel comfortable- if there are any areas of tension then let the tension fall away. Then let your breathing find it's natural slow deep rhythm. Now center your consciousness in a place that's just above the eyes- almost in the forehead, but not quite. If you keep your eyes closed, then imagine that you are looking slightly upwards. When it feels natural, and when it's easy to see washes of colour behind your eyes, or imaginary images, then you've found the place. This is good place to start from in visualisation.
Without opening your eyes try and imagine, or visualise, the room you're sitting in. Try and gain a sense of the room's space, enclosed by four(?) walls. Visualise the back wall, the wall opposite the door. Now imagine that you are drawing the pentagram one line at a time. Now try and keep a sense of the whole shape in your mind's eye. This is the east side. Imagine that this pentagram is yellow, and see it as the pentagram of the element of air, or mind. As we visualise this glowing yellow shape, we are going to make an 'intention'. You don't have to use these exact words, but the intention should be along the lines of 'let the energy of mind be clear in this space. Let there be protection, and let there be resonance with the Universe's perfect evolution...'.
Ok now imagine or visualise the wall with the door in. This is the West, and we're going to draw a blue pentagram here for the element of water. Try and keep a sense of this whole shape in your mind's eye. We are going to make a similar 'intention' again here. You don't have to use these words, so do it for yourself, with an intention along the lines of 'let the energy of emotion be clear in this space. Let there be protection, and let there be resonance with the Universe's perfect evolution...'.
Now go through a similar procedure for the south side (left of the west side when you face the west). Draw the pentagram of fire this time, in a red-orange colour. This is the element of will. Finish on this side with a similar intent for greater clarity, protection, and resonance with the evolutionary fiery stuff in the Universe at large.
And do the same for the north side. Here the element is earth, and the colours are earth colours, that is, greenish-brown. End on this side with a similar intention.
Now keep a sense of all of four pentagrams, in the place where all four walls are. Concentrate on the area of your chest where your heart is. Now keeping a sense of your heart, and the boundaries of this space around you imagine that you are creating an energy of yellow healing light in the space around you. This energy is very gentle, and it's healing and it's clear. Don't force anything, but just try and maintain an awareness of that energy. Stay with that awareness for a few minutes in silence. Try and maintain your concentration and the visualisation of this yellow healing energy.
You can leave the pentagrams there for a day. In your own time come back to your own heart, and your own body, and finish the meditation.

Clearing and strengthening the mind
Repeat mantra or prayer.
Breath awareness and thought control
Concentrate on breathing. Follow the breathing through your nose with your mind. Grasps the leading breath. Feel the breath enter your nose then travel to the throat then to the lungs and back out again through the mouth. Count up to ten breaths then start over. Drag out each # for the exhale. If thoughts start to stir up push them aside.
Concentration
Take a deep breath and relax, stand or sit. Do for a couple of minutes. Several times a day.
Single object awareness- chose an object. Look at it gently. Use breath awareness to hold mind clear. Look at the object for 3 minutes. Close your eyes and Try to hold the object in the minds eye as long as you can. Try to make it grow stronger. After it fads hold it in your minds eye and imagine the details.
Spot focus- pick a small mark on the wall and focus on it. Use breath awareness. Your vision will soon darken blink it away. Do for atleast 3 minutes.
Afterimage retention- Stare at a light source. Look at for 30 seconds without distraction. Use breath awareness. Hold and follow the glow. Try to make it glow. Play with the focus of your eyes when close to make the image last longer.
Attention Shifting and Mental Blocks
Clear your mind and focus on positive things .

Aura exercises
You can cross your arms, lean back and cross legs to stop giving someone your energy.
Put your hands in your lap and with your palms facing each other, only in opposite direction ( your fingers of your hand would be pointing towards your right wrist), hook fingers together. Then cross legs at ankles.
Place the opposite thumb to the opposite forefinger of each hand and then cross legs.
To give back energy given and to give back their energy, simple state out loud, or in your mind, "I release your energy back to you and I take back all of my energy from you, in a clean purified state.
Strengthening, balancing and clearing your Aura
Sunlight and fresh air and exercise.
Meditation
Musical notes and sounds, chants can help cleanse, balance and reenergize your charkas and your aura. They cleanse the negative energy from your aura and from the surrounding environment.
Smudging can cleanse area and aura.
Crystals, especialy laser wands, massage wands or double terminated points for cleansing and rebalancing the aura. Take a crystal and starting over the head, about 6 inches above the head, use one end and go in counterclockwise circles all the way down the front of the body to about 6 inches below the feet about 4-5 inches away from the body. Turn the crystal around then go back up the body in a clockwise position. Set the crystal down and take both hands and sweep hands in a down ward sweeping motion across the front of the body and down the side.
Removing cords
Meditate and ask that any cords that no longer are needed or are good for you to light up.
Take your hands in a sweeping motion (in your minds eye) over the charkas or areas the cords are light up and brush them away. If this doesn't work slightly pull on them while thinking about releasing the energy attached with them. Avoid ripping them out, it causes holes or tears in the aura.
Lie down on your back with arms at your sides or with hands clasped on stomach. Cose eyes, relax and breathe gently, deeply, and slowly.
Imagine that there is a glowing sphere of golden light surrounding the top of your head. Breathe deeply and slowly in and out five times while you keep your attention on the shere of light, feeling it radiate from the top of your head.
Now allow your attention to move down to your throat. Again imagine a golden sphere of light emanating from your throat area. Breathe slowly in and out five times with your attention on this light.
Allow your attention to move down to the center of your chest. Again take five deep breaths , as you feel the energy expanding more and more.
Next put your attention on your solar plexus or the area of your navel; visualize the sphere of golden light all around your midsection. Breathe into it slowly, five times.
Now visualize the light glowing in and around you pelvic area. Take five deep breaths, feeling the light energy radiating and expanding.
Finally, visualize the glowing sphere of light around your feet, and breathe 5 more deep breaths.
Now imagine all six of the spheres of light glowing at once so that your body is like a strand of jewels, radiating energy.
Breath deeply and, as you exhale, imagine energy flowing down along the outside of one side of your body from the top of your head to your feet. As you inhale, imagine it flowing up along the other side of your body to the top of your head. Circulate it around your body 3 times.
Then visualize the flow of energy going from the top of your head down along the front of your body to your feet as you exhale. As you inhale, feel it flow up along the back of your body to the top of your head. Circulate the flow in this direction 3 times.
Now imagine that the energy is gathering at your feet, and let it flow slowly up through the center of your body from your feet to your head, radiating from the top of your head like a fountain of light, then flowing back down the outside of your body to your feet. Repeat several times.

Body awareness
Lightly relax, close your eyes take a few deep breaths wear loose clothing.
Light scratch or rub areas of the body. Lightly scratch the knee while eyes are closed and feel for the tingling sensation so it becomes a focal point. Highlight it with your body awareness until it stands out. Focus and forget about the rest of the body. Feel its shape . Feel the tingle on top of it. After the right knee go to the Go to the big toe and wiggle it.
Repeat the exercise with out scratching.
Body awareness sensitivity
Moving from one point to another. Use you fingertips or paintbrush. Go from your inner thumb up to your shoulder and back down again. Feel the tingling sensation it leaves behind on your body. You can use wider items. Repeatively stroke and follow with body awareness.
Body awareness hands
Feel an imaginary hands on your body. Practice and you will be able to contact and stimulate energy bodies and give you a tingling sensation.
It will become more sensatied with practice.
You can start with your hand then move your awareness to include the whole body.
Brushing
Use a paint brush, use to cover the width.
Sponge
Imagine and feel your awareness hands are holding a sponge and are sponging water(energy) upwards on the area. Feel as it where sponging from the inside of the body.
Split body awareness
Brush two areas of the body at once. Brush from fingers to wrist then sponge from fingers to shoulders.
You may feel a deep tingling surging feeling like rushing water .
Do 1 second per length of body part.
Can do as often as you like.

Glad you posted. You can be free of this--It's not easy but what has been done by others can be done by you too! I can only speak from my personal experience for what that is worth.
It takes alot of courage, effort,faith ,prayer and most of all self-control. It's important not to let yourself get dragged down with this. I know--easy to say. Controlling your thoughts & feelings is a very important element in all of this.
You have more power than you might realize in this situation & an attached entity doesn't want you to recognize this. It WANTS you to feel frightened and defeated -----so don't let it have the satisfaction. Every feeling or thought of despair gives it (them) a greater foot hold.
Rally from within yourself whatever works to fight back-- get a sense of righteous indignation going and the determination to beat this! Feelings of despair or anything like that will weaken you & anger or rage will work against you in my experience.
Neutralize your reactions to whatever is happening. Draw as much inner strength as you can to muster your self-defence bit by bit win back some turf. You have been struggling with this for long time so I know you have more than enough courage & stamina. :)
It's really important to get a plan of countermeasures together & start applying them religiously. ;) write down what you use & note the effects. If they up their attack then you know that it is working as they feel threatened. I know this is hard but it's important to become a detached observer & try to control your feelings/reactions so as not to feed the attached entity(s) any energy as you apply the countermeasures.

go to a holy place and pray and meditate there. before you go, ask God to give you strength in your journey and to protect you from harm. i don't normally tell people to do something this extreme, but i really feel that you should.
go to a place where you can ask for people to pray for you. spiritual people, not just people who are part of a religious organization, neither people who are just new-age freaks, but people who really are spiritual.

Any psychic torture involves the person fixtating upon the problem. The spells and negs use these problems to make it so you don't notice the good things and nice things. Classical music is great and going to a church is great. A lot of the older churches have saints blessings on the altar stones. It will ease problems.
The reason that you feel no will to do things is because it would help and everything that wants this happening to you is working against the good things happening to you.
Core image removal is the same things as removing cords but it does it permanently using Roberts methods. You have to realize that you could have three eyes and a wart on your nose and the people on this forum would still be supportive. It shows that people can like you no matter how you feel things have changed. Concentrating on a problem nonstop does not fix it. Relaxing, meditation and removing yourself from the problems mentally is what helps.
A prayer is one that is for protection that you feel comfortable with and can say with heart felt emotion for blessing the fountain. Use only distilled water in it and change the water if it starts to look yucky. You can also get holy water from a church and use it in the fountain.
A water bed is not circulating water. Worry, anger, anxiety, depression and upset are the enemy. It feeds whatever is causing your problems. It is why you are feeling so low at the moment. You are not co-operating with the neg in one way so it is trying another.

I know that I am completely drawn by my mother and the tales of abuse that she tells me coming from my relatives.The best thing is for me to keep away from the kitchen when she is there!I can feel myself getting faint around her and especially on crowded places.

Hope, you said your mother drains your energy. I don't think this is the case. I noticed a couple times I went to my mother's, she lives right up from me. When I was there my energy was drained. I believe this is your neg. draining your energy and your are then thinking there is a connection between your energy drain and your mother. This would lead you to think your mother is the problem not the neg. My mother gets me out of the house, which the neg. doesn't want you to. You also associate with your mother, this get your attention focus on something other then the neg. Not what it want's. My neg. wants me to get irritated with my family so I stay in my head with it. Not only that it wants me to abuse them also. I remember before christmas I start doing my shopping earily it start giving me the guilt trip for buying gifts. He start telling me I was materialistic. This was a gift of love expressed in gifts, but it come from love in my heart. I was given a guilt trip because last summer i bought my daughter an airconditioner because she was pregnant and it was hot in her trailer. If I bought for one of my children and not the other then I would get a guilt trip. I went and bought school cloths for my youngest two and he told me to get free used cloths. We are materialist because we buy new ones then turns around and tells me i'm cheep if I go shop at Wal-Mart. Now mind you this person lives in a $100,000. home has 3 vehicle and a motorcycle. There are 2 people in his home that drive. I live in a trailer I paid $3,000. and bought a new car while I was working which I trying to pay for and he is the reason I'm not working right now and he tells me I'm materialistic. This is only a mild mind game that I have been through. The new thing is with me being laid off and paying child support I only have about 450.00 a month to live off of and if I ask my daughter that lives with me for something or to restrict something because things are rough right now then he tells me I'm sending out animosity and something negative is going to happen to her because of it. I'm not the one sending it out. He is going through me to them and using me to do it. You will find that your neg. doesn't want you to have any boundry lines this way you are a victim. My has placed me in the position where either I suffer or my family does. For instant this happened when I first start getting really attacked by this man with my full knowledge of it. My children where at a friends house and I went there to go get them. They where eating some candy and I had a piece he then gave me a sick feeling in my stomach and told me I ate poison and my children did to. So we went to the hospital. He told me then that I had to choose between me and my children who was it going to be. Well they took me into the hospital room first and was going to take me for a head scan. They put an IV in me and injected me with I assume dye and he told me it was poison and it was going to kill me so I pulled it out. I got the head scan. Checked on my children which where find but they wouldn't take them into a room because I wasn't there and I was more worried about them so I left. What really sick is my attacker told me at the time he had to go through the same thing and he had chose himself to live and let his child die. This person also told me when he first start attacking me that he shot his wife and daughter and made me hear two gun shots in my head. I'm thinking oh no what should I and he is attacking me and I'm worried about them. I'm thinking I should go to the police and then he switches it around like it's his wife and daughter talking to me and they shot him and they was taking his body to the lake near by and cleaning up the mess. This is the psychotic mentality i put up with every day.

It's not us putting the mental images there and then it happens. The images are being sent to us and then they happen. I have learned this from experience. I have had mental images sent to me and they have happened. Thank God I have had some to me and they never happened.

I went to see a Catholic priest about an exorcism and he told me to tell it that it is loved and blessed and go to the light. Whoo what a mistake. Tell a living person to go to the light. This person already tried doing this to me. He had me see a white light and told me to go to the light. I told him they didn't want me. It's not my time. I learned to tell it you are loved and blessed surround yourself with white light and go away. This didn't work either. This person aura is white. He has spiritual power but his mind is evil.

Crim, I want a piece of this guy. He cannot touch me because he knows nothing about me. I know that it is possible to do long-distance healing using qi energy. If I ever successfully project, I will go after this guy and take him out of his body and mess him up. I have high intelligence, which helps a lot. I get really angry about stuff like this. When people do this kind of thing to each other, as a Shaolin, I feel I need to put a stop to it. I offer to help in whatever way I can, and accept full responsibility for all the risk involved. Now, tell me what I can do to help, and we will fight him together. I would not normally offer such help, but since this guy is alive, it is a different scenario.
This man knows everyone I talk to. He pick up the names as I read them. I once had three people helping me. He attacked the person by knowing his name on line. He attacked him while three of us where chatting together. The person told me his was a black man. I told him no. The person said he must be using black magic. The person screamed when the attack occured. The attack from him was very short. This person does things to make people threaten him to give him the excuse to attack people but the threat come from him first and when you threaten back he attacks.

I thought that was assumed. I'm not that stupid. Of course I wouldn't do it without proof. I'm not going to tell anyone here HOW I plan to prove it, because he can read this through Crim and find out. But... Going read the other post on attackers. There is no doubt who my attacker is. People have seen cords go from me to him. I have talked to several people some that know him. They know he is doing this. A disincarnate will not pump you with energy they drain it from you. This person pumps my heart chakra with energy. I seen him place his hand to that area. He had me close my eyes who knows what else he did and where he placed his hands. He could have corded me any where I just happened to open my eyes and he was bent over some and then placed his hands there. I don't know enough about black magic to know what all he had down because it is very appearant he used black magic.

Why do people come to the conclusion that magical psychic attack & the presence of negs are mutually exclusive?
I met someone who was being psychically attacked, she was very certain that it was by a specific, evil, individual & whether that WAS the case or not doesn't matter at this point---she DID have NEGS attached to her. I don't generalize this to everyone's case, but I can tell you of this one where it WAS the case. This also doesn't mean that a person was not involved also.
Direct confrontation of Negs or a person is not the way to eliminate the interference, it would most likely only add to the problem.
It is natural to be affected by someone's experience of pain or suffering. Becoming all vigilante about it should be a signal that your ego needs to be dealt with lest you might make things worse for the person suffering & the Universe gives you a huge lesson in humility. What is your gut feeling about me?I feel that a curse which i've mentioned before froman angry relative resulte in a transfer of energy from negs which had haunted her due to the suffering at the hands of my uncle to me.Her threats/curse formed an invisible dagger in the ether which struck a few months later when I was a bit down at school(therefore vulnerable to them)i can even remember the dates-her curse was summer 88 and I was stressed at school spring 89 which is when I felt the energy(the possession, i now believe)go through my body.It has been one long night sincespring 1989.
And as I was only 14 when she cursed, a child,I was sensitive.Also i am sensitive as a person.Worse,I have relatives who practice witchcraft and as this is happening,my door is wide open.
Today i thinking that all of this happened because I was at the wrong place at the wrong time. My evil uncle went on to marry again and is sooooo happy,so why did a 14 year old child who wasn't even aware of their doomed marriage suffer?I was innocent.
They are so clever,the negs,that they knew they would kill me spiritually by taking my looks -I have never heard of this happen.their drillin on my head has given me bald spots on my head(I'm in my 20s)and i've lost well over 90% thickness wise.In the morning I can smell the room which smells like vomit-they make my head smell of vomit.Maybe this is my lot,if so then let me die in my sleep,I am so tired.
Goingslow, I'll have you know that I don't just go around attacking people. I've never attacked anyone before. But I do what I can to help innocent peope. I see your point about proof, and it is well-taken. I'm sorry I forgot to mention that in my offer to help, but I have NOT forgotten to include it in my methods. Crim- I just had an ingenious plan. Post EVERYTHING he does and is capable of doing here. Make a list. That way, we can get some facts sorted out. It may be that he is being attacked by a neg and the neg is using him to attack you. It could be part of some great big thing. You mentioned he attacked those who tried to help you, which is why I think this might be the case, that you may be just one victim of many in some great big plot by negs or demons (probably demons, since negs are not intelligent). I sensed that he (or they) is (are) frustrated with me. He is having a hard time with me. I was in class and felt him trying to do something. I felt like the back of my head was on fire. But it wasn't that bad. I did nothing to him, just watched him. I'll keep him under suveillance, just to get my proof.
Celeste, can I block attacks for Crim, i.e. stand in the way so he gets me instead of her with his attacks? You're right about my ego, I think. I do get really frustrated when I can't help someone. It infuriates me when someone attacks someone else at random like that Crim describes. It really gets under my skin. I hate feeling helpless so I can relate when others feel helpless. If he knows that I plan to do something to stop him from attacking people, maybe he's going to attack her more to tinkle me off? Well, that won't work anymore because I realize my flaws now. I know he'll try to get me angry, but I won't let him. I see where my weaknesses are, so at least I can analyze him by his actions against me. The enemy is the greatest teacher of all. That is why I have decided to go about it in a more subtle approach, which I will not reveal here. I will get my proof and be fair to both sides. I am not a judge and I am not God. What I said I said out of mostly frustration. It's hard to think when you're frustrated. Still, if he does anything to me, I've got an army behind me. Anyway, point well-taken.
One other idea I had was getting this man back to the good side, by getting rid of the negs around him. I doubt I am the first do come up with this plan, but it's worth a shot. Save everyone I can. I bet he has a lot of negs attacking him, and they're probably controlling his thoughts, feelings, etc. Maybe we should pray for him to get better and become wise and spiritually advanced. well, enderwiggin, you could spiritually get in the way. try shielding crim from a distance and directing any energy that comes his way to go to you instead. then when he shows up on your spiritual doorstep, beat the crap out of him.
of course, as a warning i'd just like to mention the one time in my life where i was fighting a demon and it was about to run away, and in a moment of sadistic hatred for it i yelled at it spiritually to possess me, secretly wanting to just beat the crap out of it and then expell it from me. so it possessed me and for the next few months we were at each others "throats" almost non-stop. funny to think of it from a point of view of carrying on with my normal life at the same time. in the end, though, we were both the worse for it and we both learned a good lesson from it.

Thanks, Kakkarot, I appreciate your input. I definitely don't want to get in the way, and I heed all warnings, both from my gut and from others. I will try shielding and taking that energy onto myself. I won't touch (attack) this guy though, despite how evil he seems. I believe humans are inherently good and that this guy was the target of a demon's plan to make lots of people suffer. So I feel that targeting the demon might help. Whatever energy he throws at me to harm me, I'll reflect back to him, in a passive, nonchallant manner. I'll use my ju jitsu mentality (ju jitsu means "gentle way") to nullify the attacks. It's the demons I want. Like I said, I'm not going to fight them. Demons usually aren't like that anyway. They like to mess with a person's mind by confusing them with thoughts rather than fighting them. I encountered either a powerful neg or a demon once. I could sense it, and it was a strong presence. I told it to leave, I visualized a cross of light, and, despite the fact that I was beside my Wiccan girfriend at the time, who was sleeping, the demon thing left. I think, had I not been there, that it would have attacked my girlfriend, but since I detected its presence, it left. I felt that it was not coming for me.
i don't see the problem with attacking an evil person. i know for a fact that humans are born neither good nor evil, it is their upbringing that nudges them onto one of the two paths.
killing a human is different though. i'm not allowed to do that without a really good reason.
but fighting evil is ok! and one way to stop them (at the very least, for a while) is to bind them. that's right, shield their energy from themself. make it strong enough and you, hopefully, won't "hear" from them for a looooong time.

Here is some scoop on the man. He told me that he doesn't have hearing in his one ear because when he was young his dad hit him and broke his ear drum and he can't hear out of one of his ears. I learned from this the man dislikes violence but only violence that happens to him. He was cheating on his wife so his wife cheated back on him not he resents what she did to him. He wants to pay people back for things that they did. None of these events had anything to do with him. He thinks in his mind that I'm being paided back for things that I have done. I never went into someone's mind and tormented them. What he doesn't realize that if he is doing this to me then it should be done to him. I had an instance today where he put words into my mouth or the word into the other person's mind. This man is trying to get me thrown out of the trailer court I live in. I had to talk to the manager today so I tried to put a white shield up around me so nothing could be sent out threw me. Everything was find and I was talking then all of a sudden the man said I used the word cult. I beleive he bounce the energy to him because he slightly moved his head like I seen another person do and didn't know where the word come from. I can now recognize someone elses energy in my body and what kind of effect it has on me. Also the voice, which he tries to match as mine but it doesn't work anymore.
Enderwigger, he very well may have attacked you. He does know what you said. Before you do anything be sure first. Ask your teacher first if he is clairvoyant to see if it was him. Your teacher may be able to find the information out for you. This man likes to attack peopel that know nothing about magic. He wouldn't attack people that knows who to attack back. What he needs is a taste of his own medicine. I hope every person he has attacked goes after him and pays him back. Everyone I talk to he tells me he is in them. So what he is telling me is that he enters them and then tells them what to do. I won't get help from anyone because he enters them and tells them not to. The joke is if the people know how to do magic then they would shut down and wouldn't let him in.
I'm not just trying to tell my story here. There is more to what has happened to me.I'm telling you the tactics that are being used. Not many people understand that thoughts and emotions are sent to them that isn't theirs. Until they do they are opened to what everyone calls karma. Every night before you fall asleep there are simple exercises which you can perform to help you open the channels to your own Supraconscious:

Developing the suprasense

One of the lessons I learned early on is that we can call in a whole lot of Spiritual Power to help us --but first we must pull ourselves up by our bootstraps because the Power is really within us. Nobody can do that for us. The Universe is standing by patiently beaming love at you. [:)]
There is something that needs to be understood. A real live person is doing this to me. He doesn't consider himself evil and his aura is white. He is into Egyptian magic which he considers more powerful then anything by Christ or the bible. None of these things to bother him. He knows everything I do so if there is something evil he can counteract the good with he is doing probably before I even get to do the positive thing. I believe this is part of Hope problem also. It is strange but not to many psychics that I have talked to told me I had a cord going to from me to him. Some people I have talk to on line that seen my aura told me that there was one. I have been told by one psychic that he aura was outlining mine. From what this person has told me he is in my body, aura, chakras one of them. I'm not sure if every has the sight to see all cords attached because some can be very small.
Criminalmind- This man cannot do anything to me. I do not fear him. He can try anything he wants, but he is still only a man, and nothing more. I think deep down he is good, but needs to be un-blinded by what has happened to him. He needs to see the Light. He's obviously dillusional if he's acting as the Karma police (hehe that's one of my favorite Radiohead songs). What he doesn't realize is the tsunami of karma that's coming at him. He can reduce it by helping his victims, apologizing to them, and doing nothing but good deeds for the rest of his life. In his next life, he's probably going to be someone we try to help. It's a shame that he can't see that he's making a grave mistake. I think someday he's going to make so many enemies that he can't afford to spend enough energy to effectively hurt anyone, and then everyone is going to get him back. The person I was rooming with last semester got kicked out. I knew it would happen because that person is not a good person, and only thinks about himself. I knew it was only a matter of time. Criminalmind, I know that he is going to get what's coming to him, and that you won't be suffering for the rest of your life. It won't take long. I have seen it. God showed me. He told me not to worry too much about it. I also know that this man probably tried to attack me. I don't care though, one because it wasn't a strong attack, and two, because I have high tolerance of pain and suffering thanks to kung fu. He stopped anyway. I think he's still watching me though. He may try to attack in my dreams (I doubt it though), but I think I can convince him to stop attacking people. I will try. I am not afraid of him, and I don't hate him either. I think it is important to understand what he's been through so that I can help him get past whatever it is that makes him do this to people. He must spiritually advance, and I think he feels that there is something blocking his path. (this is to the man that is attacking Crim: write me an email about your corer beliefs). It is my desire to help both of you. Only then can peace be restored. By helping him, maybe I can get him to help his victims as well. I know this probably sounds naiive, but the greatest risk of all here is not taking a risk at all. I do not believe this man is genuinely evil, as I have said before. Humans can come back to the light from the dark side. I am sorry you suffered so much, though. It is unfortunate that sometimes people can stray from their path in life. This man tries to help people (at least, that's what his website implies). It's like Goingslowly said to me- "The road to Hell is paved with good intentions." I have to admit, he brought up a really good point. A person attacking another person does not justify cause to harm the attacker. It does, however, justify cause to enlighten them and show them the correct way of conduct. I will probably never have to use kung fu in my life (except of course, in tournaments and such), and I don't want to see that opportunity. I hate violence and killing and stuff. Maybe if I were backed in a corner, like a wild animal, I would defend myself. Or if I were attacked within my domain. Self-defense is one thing. Attack is another. If I saw a thug on a street beating some innocent person, I would probably use kung fu on the thug (after warning them that I know kung fu of course, and after telling them to stop). If they still do not listen, I will incapacitate them. Nothing more. There is not necessarily a reason to kill. There is, however, a reason to incapacitate.

I've been occupying his time as long as possible so I can talk to him and see what's up. Actions and their consequences are what make a person who they are. If this man wants to attack someone for their bad deeds, it should be the gangsters who force immigrated women into prostitution by beating them into submission. They are doing more harm than ever. They help spread AIDS and drugs, which kill more people than we can keep track of. They promote a life of emptiness and suffering for their own profit. This man should know about this sort of stuff. Surely he is an educated man and well-informed. Does he support the war with Iraq or is he against it? What are his viewpoints? You must know this, because he tells you doesn't he? I talked to someone online. I found her name from his dream book. Like me she got the tower card in her reading and has lost her job, boyfriend and acct. She said she knows his sisters and family but she doesn't seem to know that much about him. She told me he was married and didn't have a child. But I know he is and does has a child. He lies to so many people. I also find out that alot of the same things he told her he also told me. Like a friend not being a real friend. About gaining weight, back problems. The key thing is we both got the tower card and he is destorying our lifes. Since we got the tower card this man takes it upon himself to cause bad things to happen. But he is causing them to happen to my family. They never got a reading from him.
The email I asked him to send me he did not send. It is still early, so we shall see. I'll tell you what he says if he decides to send it.

He told me there is no such thing as a psychic. You can see this is a lie. The man sounds like he is so sympathic but he isn't. I can see right through what he says on his web page. Not only that he is telling you what he can do, clairvoyant- he sends me mental images, clairaudient he hears me and I hear him. He told me he was intuitive that sensation, he sends me sensations.
Even if there was no such thing as a psychic, good and evil do exist, and what one does with their psychic powers can be good or evil. My views on this thing have changed. He hasn't done anything lately. I think the burning sensation I got was probably some kind of warning. I have not had any real problems. Despite my outburst-posts from a few days ago, I've calmed down quite a bit. I should be more aware of my weaknesses. I think this guy is going to help me figure out what they are if he attacks me, which I hope he does. To me, his attacks are nothing more than a test of my limits. I'm waiting for him to actually do something worth calling an attack. So far whatever he may have done to me is pretty pathetic.
Nobody ever wants to be attacked. It would be different if it was only me involved her but it isn't. I understand about using energy to send people but not like he is. This man is sending thoughts to people, bad thoughts and making them say what he wants them to. Then he says it's their karma to pay for it. The thought didn't come from them it can from him. Some are to young to understand what they are saying. He says they act upon it. Well they don't understand. I had acted upon his thoughts before. I'm now getting able to get the strong emotions he sends me under control. Whether it is steading the vibrations he or aborbing what he sends. He does send a mental image with the sensations. I'm not sure if this is a lesson for me to learn from him. He tells me he tempts people but they act upon it. This is how he gets out of karma. But it is also his way of saying he has a right to harm someone for them doing something he forces them to do. I read this is how black magician have people do their magic for them so their is no karmic attachment to them because of using other people to do it. I believe this is why their is a lot of psychic vamps. Some may very well use you to feed off you but I believe most is due to black magic.
The difference between most people and this man: most of us do not fear karma- We accept what's coming to us with honor. If this man wants his wrongs balanced, he should accept his karma. Otherwise, he will be doomed to an eternal life in Hell, where he will never spiritually advance. It is necessary to receive the karmic attonements in order to spiritually advance. it's like they say- Only the truth can set you free. I don't have to do anything to this man. This is the same attitude I took on with my roommate, and he got kicked out. It's only a matter of time for this man. His days of his sick and twisted fun are numbered. The flaw about this man is this: if he did indeed cause that burning sensation I had the other day in the back of my head, he has accumulated karma and not realized it. Does he honestly think he can outsmart God? The sensation didn't last very long. In fact, none of the sensations people talk about last very long on me. I must have a very powerful, strong natural defense somehow. I've had pains on the backs of my knees, the drilling sensation at a point on my head, and now the burning. But None of these pains have lasted more than a few seconds, and were nothing more than a nuisace. As for the thoughts, well, I have not received anything that was not mine. From what you say, this man will not/cannot attack me. I can help you and there's nothing he can do about it, because I have learned to detect even the most subtle of thoughts that are not mine. I can resist him. We are trained in kung fu to resist all distraction from our purpose. Nothing can distract or divert us from what we want to do. I take baby steps, no giant leaps. Everything is thought out carefully.
(by the way, I just thought I would let you know that my plan is working. It's only a matter of time before he realizes it's too late for him to stop me). So does he want revenge now?

The man shot an energy at the soldiers, and later two of them died and the other two had serious internal injuries and were in critical condition. This energy can be used at long distances. It is too late for this man to learn of this magic, he is too old. Even if he could disguise his aura to try to learn the magic, the teachers would see through him. They know about people like him. What he does not realize is how he has limited himself to learning less powerful magic. Someday he's going to run into one of these monks and nobody's going to come to his funeral. If he dies before you do, make sure you get yourself exorcised, Crim, because if he's in one of your chakras he's probably planning on possessing you. I will uncover whatever it is he is planning. I will bring him down without fighting him. Then he will be forced to accept the Path of Good if he wants to learn anything else in his life. His will is his will, but when he imposes it on others, or tries to, then that's why the karma he thinks he's avoiding will hit him. Why do you think demons are the way they are? They try to beat God's system as well, but they fail, and because of that, they will never get any more powerful. Do not believe that this man has any power, and he can not touch you any more. I don't know anything about magic, but I do know a lot about the mind and about its power. I don't need anything else.

I hope that you have bought a fountain and are trying to use the holy water. It should help quite a bit since negs are trapped by Holy Water and the circulation of the water removes them.
I also hope that you have bought some of the rosemary oil or herbs and sprinkled them around your room. Garlic also works great for this. Your Mother might be a part of the problem in a lot of ways because she causes you to believe that these people have power over you.
A lot of times the person worse problem is the belief in the fact that others have this power over them to cause harm.It is known as forming schema of larvae of thoughts and actions. It is similar to a thought form but the person brings it alive by their belief. Nothing will work against it until the person quits believing. A person who has been thinking of their family or any other person that way is able to cause immense suffering in their lives and the lives of others.
It can really aggravate whatever is going on that is bad in the lives of everyone around them.

I am down at the moment.the problem is that my psychic attack is so bad and all encompassing(physical and mental)that the usual techniques are not working.
Within 20 minutes of trying to study my energy is completely taken and I feel faint and have to lie down,as if I'm going to pass out.The same happens if I'm even thinking of meditating.
Blasting my head with white light(where I get drilling)doesn't seem to work.
Do you know anyone who has cured themselves of attack.What if you come from a family who have done some magic(my relatives are muslim and nasty people who go and see priests all the time when they are jealous of someone and want to sabotage),can even curses be broken?
