LOL!!!  That show is a total joke.  We just finished watching the one with Carradine and the playboy bunny.    I don't know if they meant to, but I saw several men dressed all in black with black ski masks and night vision goggles in one episode.  I have no doubt they are running around in these "haunted" places throwing things and stomping around.  It really ticks me off... :lol:

Nothing is truthful anymore on tv.. if it's on tv, it's faked or the truth is stretched...News included. :)

not one of us will truely know unless we become a celebraty and go experiance it objectively,but it is true that you can not trust the media(tv.)some of the things they do,like the scrolle at the end of evory show is follish to the extreem,being a psychic,and have experianced the paranormal first hand,you dont call angry spirits into the physical by useing your psychic energy,its foolish,IF it is real then they are useing the celebraties to bring the spirits into a state of power in these places,"STUPID"for some dark agenda,iff its not real then its simply propaganda to get people(society) used to and or interested in the occult.

Stupid good for nothing TV shows.... I think I should make one where I take blind people into houses and then let them describe how they see spirits.

I haven't seen Celebrity Paranormal, but I watched a few episodes of Most Haunted, where a team investigates haunted places, and sometimes do seances. It seemed too incredible that Derek Acorah, the medium in the show, would get the full names of "spirits". Then I read that the show's own parapsychologist planted false information, names that are anagrams of "Derek Lies" and "Derek Faker" and sure enough he comes up with those names. Also, the hosts are accused of making noises. That makes me even more wary of these television shows. After all, they need to keep people watching.

Most Haunted's Derek was found to be a fraud.  I don't think he is on it anymore...now if they would just get rid of the chick that screams at every little sound.... :roll:  I can't tolerate watching it for more than a couple minutes..seriously, physically cannot tolerate it.  They are faking soooo much.

I looked up Celebrity Paranormal on wikipedia. It would be a hoot to see Evander Hollyfield or David Carradine flinching at the night or squealing (dare I hope?). Most of the "celebrities" aren't that big -- I know one out of five. Maybe I'll get to see it one day. :)

Going slightly off-topic, I picked up Ghost Hunters almost by accident, and found it to be an excellent series. The name was a little off-putting. It's not about noises, knocks and excitement though. It's mostly interviews, and while I was somewhat disappointed when I found out, I was quickly drawn in by the stories. Solid work.

As for Most Haunted, the replacement looks even less trustworthy. There's too many close ups on Yvette Fielding (I think her name is), who is always wide eyed and ready to jump and scream. A little exaggerated.
