Hello all!!! I am new to this forum and just have a few questions. I have been trying to astral project for a month now, and one of the techniques referred to charging water. I was wondering if I can do this with any object and do it for a specific purpose. Ii tried it today with a necklace and it seemed to work. Still not sure though.
You can charge crystals and gemstones with energy by putting them out in the sun. It is like food for them in a way.
Can I draw from that energy? And how long do I leave them out?
Yes you can, I heard quartz are best for that, they are like batteries in a way. And I am not really sure, I just leave mine out for a few hours every day as it is right now but I am trying to gather more information on that.

What does charging water have to do with Astral Projection? I've never heard of that before...
