Title: Core Image Removal: Visualization or Vision?
Post by: Robert Bruce on February 13, 2002, 22:40:12
G'day!

Core images will often just appear in your minds eye, but if not it is quite ok to visualize them.

Yes, it can take quite a long time when you first start doing this. But like everything else, you get better at it with practice, and it becomes a faster process. 10 - 15 minutes is quite reasonable.

Take care, Robert.

What does "core image removal" mean? I've read Astral Dynamics, but I don't remember any mention of this. Perhaps you can refer me an article or some such? Thanks.

Hi Pete

It will be in RB's upcoming book, and online under articles, under practical psychic self-defense, or something like that!

cheers

I have some questions concerning the core image removal process. I have preformed the removal with success on one occasion. I visualized the entire thing from start to finish. I had to actually create the image in my minds eye. I also created the ugly root-like structures and faces on the other side of the image. Are these images supposed to appear spontaneously in the mind's eye, or are they deliberately created by the remover through visualization? Also, how much time should the remover spend on the procedure? I spent two hours, just to be safe. Is this overkill? Can it be done in 10-15 minutes?

Thanks,
Malcolm
