How do you practice pyrokinesis?

I have a trustworthy friend who shared with me that he has the ability to set parts of his body on fire after deep meditation.

Also, I have read a few posts here and there in this forum about pyrokinesis, and am curious about it.


For anyone experienced who actually HAS created fire with their energy (or by whatever metaphysical means), could you explain how someone could begin practicing this art?

[Principle]

I do not practice, nor have the ability of Pyrokinesis. However, My Energy Balls (Psi Balls) are of Elemental Nature, such as Fire. (Through concentration and visualization, I make my Energy into anything I wish)

When I visualize Fire they will feel great heat, and almost a burning sensation.
I believe it is possible through this same Method, you will be able to achieve things such as Pyrokinesis.

So basically through Energy work, concentration, visualization and practice I believe it would be possible.

The two key is to practice and believe!

[Principle]

Only sucess I've been able to have is completely controlling the flame.

When I obtain control over the flame,

Instead of it being a Blue (At bottom)
and Yellow (At the top)
It becomes completely Red (All over).
