After reading Psychic self defense by robert bruce, I started to realize psychic methods Matrix uses particularly core images to control humans. I found some core images and removed some core images. It has been very good experience , even though things came back with vengeance.
I used to feel that core images are on the top of a some poles like message boards on the street. Initially, the core images are located over 2 poles and slowly the no. of poles had increased to 4 poles and now 5 poles ( I used to destroy poles including images, but they used to come back soon ). As the psychic attacks increased in the form of lost attention/attacks on memory/attacks through family members, I started realizing that It is almost impossible to live without surface thoughts and to live in the present. Because of these constant attacks and my heavy work loads , I am mentally tired and goes into sleep once I try to use my mind.
I used to feel exhausted when I remove core images. Initially I used the robert bruce's technique of destroying with the swords and torches , which I started feeling as time consuming. I tried a new technique of carrying he core image in to boiler of hot liquid (like the concluding scene in terminator scene - melting liquid ). when I do this, I feel sudden exhaustion of energy and the disappearance of the core image symptoms.
I am not sure whether this is because of low energy level in general or a problem in the technique i used above?. Any similar experiences ?
sudden exhaustion i havnt felt so much. maybe more like a relief, like a fresh breath of air has just come in. Also ive noticed that sometimes i feel like something is missing once the attachment is cleared. I guess it comes from living with it for a while, a kind of psychological dependancy can be formed with the reward/punishment situation of some of the attachments. Once the attachment is gone the freedom can seem foreign. During these kinds of periods its probably best to enjoy your new found freedom and keep up with any good mental habits related to it so as not to reattract the attachment. the occasional thought back to the state before the attachment probably wont reattract it, i would think it would take deliberate attempts to revert back to the state for there to be a reattraction made.
Hello Michael E
I have found that exhaustion during core image removals means quite a struggle with whatever you are trying to remove. I know with myself if I do not get the feeling of release then I go back and repeat the removal on the same subject the next day.
My reasoning for this is something must be left or I would feel that sense of relief. A lot of times a core image is not one incident but many along the same vein of thought.
We also keep making more core images when we repeat the same thoughts and feelings during every similar incident that happens in our lives. It is a form of self-cursing and keeps us in the same place.

Hi folks!
I read the words "time-consuming"...
have you ever heard about EFT (http://www.emofree.com/)?
Greetings
Thanks for the feedback Nita,
I can see what you mean when you say that core images dont have to be soley related to one specific incident. will i expect as i go deeper that related incidents will peel away towards what could be an original attachment? this original attachment could act like the heart, or source, of the connecting veins of thought. It seems it would work that way.
Hello Michael E
I have found that core images do form a string at times especially if it is a life time pattern. I just posted a new article at my website called Energy configurations in hexed and cursed people which might help to explain it some.
The website is www.astralhealer.com . I have found that core images are connected and the way the energies seem to form by observing the people I have tried to help.
