Need Help With Psychic Human Attacker

Hi,

I am dealing with psychic attacks coming from a female. I will admit that part of the cause comes from a past life where I was involved in the occult. I still would like help in this though. The following contains information channeled by Archangel Metatron from a healer regarding my situation:

Good luck with that.  I think the lesson here is to see past people's physical noise and into their true selves. Maybe that might help you.

Its fun to believe that you can channel spirits and such, but realize that you believe is about as real as believing you can channel a unicorn, dragon, fairy.

The things you construct in you subconscious are real to you though. There is a part that you labeled this mystical being and you brain plays along since it is a believe. You can cold read and pretend to talk to dead people, but that doesn't actually mean you are. Does that make sense?
