Ghosts are just people

Ghosts are just people, they don't change much after they shed their mortal coil. If they are nice while they are alive, they are nice while hanging out here as earthbound entities. Most are just regular people. Daemons are exceedingly rare, yet the media tends to focus on them, and poltergeists which are essentially dead sociopaths.

I love making friends with ghosts, you'd be surpised how accepting and open to friendship they can be. Methinks they are extremely lonely: just think what it's like to be stuck here, not quite sure of their cicrumstances, getting ignored by the living because the ghosts are invisible 99 per cent of the time, yet not quite sure why. Some don't even know they are dead.

I just chat with them like any other person. They like to know about us so I tell them about my day, my plans. I offer them food and drink, and say they can stick around as long as they like.

Sometimes they walk through me. I ask them to do it and they often take me up on it, later on in the day. I first fell fascinated by them after watching a ghost walk through a man on Unsolved Mysteries in 1991. From then on, I wanted to experience it for myself and now I kinda do that on the regular.
