Has This Ever Happened Before To Anyone Else?

A few months ago, a greenish-yellow blur jumped on me during a sleep paralysis.  It made some awful sounds, deep moans, and it seemed as if it was trying to tunnel its way inside me with its fists.  I think it was some part of me, my fears or something.  The night before I had been a bit frightened about some noises I was hearing.

Hmm, so we've all seen something greenish-yellowish.

timeless: So you saw something above your head, but you weren't paralysed? Could you see the carved symbols clearly or recognise them? Did you feel anything about them or associate them with anything in your life at the time? Do you think the greenish-yellowish haze (whatever it was) was trying to enlighten you or hurt you? Just curious ^_^.

KP: Maybe it was some of your fears. Did you feel any kind of pain when it happened?

The greenish-yellowish haze didn't return today, but I was paralysed around 7 times. Sucks. And I saw in my last SP attack, I noticed something to the side of me floating still in mid-air in my room. I couldn't move, but could see that it was some small dwarfish kind of creature (he was floating sideways with his head faced in my direction) and we were both shocked and frightened to see the other. He asked, "Who are you?" (and/or if I'd hurt him. not too sure) and I can't remember what else or if I said anything in return. He then slowly disappeared and I was free.

Strange thing though was that I don't remember any pain or feelings of being scared, even though I was just shocked to see him. Weird.

It seems like a long time since the last time I've had an SP attack.

I ended up paralysed 4 or 5 more times after the 1st.

During the 3rd or 4th time was when I felt more of the 'wind-like-blowing and loud vibrating noises' as if I'd project. I have been forcefully pushed out before through Sleep Paralysis, but I tried so hard for that not to happen this time, and it didn't luckily.

Now to the actual matter at hand. During my last episode, I saw a greenish-yellow like haze surrounding my view, and a 2D like head yelling (screeching, more like it) at me. I felt pain especially around my neck, and was frightened, though it was my last SP attack.

I remembered advice I read on another site, and I said to "it",  "You are a part of me, and I love you." ...and it said, "Noooooooooooooooooo!" and faded away... and I was free of my paralysis (and I didn't receive any more after that, even though I still felt weak enough for it to happen again at the time). Then I slept peacefully after that.

That was...shocking! So, I guess I wasn't being attacked by an external force, or demon (whathaveyou), but rather my own little Ego.

But if it returns then...? I dunno. And has this ever happened to anyone else? Where you said, "I love you" (or you are a part of me), and it worked. I'm really curious.
