I have been doing som wimhof breathing lately on and off and today because my body caught something. After doing the breathing and my body vibrating or something held my breath
for like 2 minutes and thought lets kill this "thing". Suddenly in the black emptiness I had an intuitive weak voice which certainly wasn't mine, it said: "congratulations". When that happened my
objective state of being was gone and I didn't hear anymore than that.. I have never before heard my inner voice so clearly..? Why now?
Why not? You may know the cause later. That guide may didn't want to scare you in other ways or means. Maybe this was the easiest way.
Ditto the Congratulations! Whatever you did I reckon you did it right. Why now? It was time.
