you should try certain types of inscents or sage to burn in your room fore i have aslo experienced one while i was meditatong it jumped on my bed but since i was meditating for a while and i had built up my energy and was able to quickly make a sheild that grew so fast it bounced off i have to say though it was funny but on another note and sorry if i get to religious never doubt the power of prayer and i mean it praying will help you alot i know this first hand because negs huant me whenever i dont prey.

I recently had great success with a jar of dried garlic.  Cost me $1.00 and I sprinkled it all around, worked really well.  Next evening I went through the house and "found" it in the basement corner.  I had a little discussion with it, while Enya blared and I dispersed Garlic and put on some UV intense lights.  Time for a house cleansing tomarrow.

There is something you can use which is easily found in the USA, not sure about other countries.  It's called sodium chloride which is more commonly known as a water softener, and is available at any hardware store.  The sodium chloride has a natural property of absorbing negative energy.  It comes in large granular form, almost like gravel, and should be placed inside our outside the windows, doors, and around the bed.  However, becaues it absorbs negative energy, it needs to be replaced every 4 days.  The old granules should be burried in the earth.  It is completely safe to bury it and will not cause the earth any harm.
I also recommend that you get out of bed and take a shower.  Then return to bed.
Last thing I wanted to add was that I discern this neg was picked up along the way, so be very AWARE of where you are going on a daily basis.  Not to mention, what you are doing.

Negs for the most part feed on fear. Becoming indignant and demanding it leave is another option. However standing idly by is what it wants. Every time you get scared it litererly feeds. To it you are just lunch.

I dont think you understood. When I said neg training, I meant just that. I myself am a re-deemed soul. The majority of my training in my past lives has been under high level negs and otherwise nasty entities. My guide is breaking my of my former neg ties.

But if the entity was indeed malicouls, it would be deader than a door nail, faster than you could say "Poof be gone!"

When it comes to protection and removing entities, I know what to do[}:)]...and from what I hear, Im quite good at it. Partly why my experiences with spirits has been so bad.

From what Ive been told, I hear Im pretty damn scary in the astral.

Despite how I may glorify things, I am not proud of the things I do. Its a burden I must carry with me, and a bad habit i must work on

Heh, its a long story. Ironically I am a computer enthusiast and overclocker.

Overclockers take pride in the parts we use. Think of it as street racing for nerds. Im actually quite good at it. If you google the things in my sig you will see that they are all computer parts or the companies that make what I use.[8D]

As for my avatar, that is Cessena. A small aircraft company that we have 2 new planes from. Cessena sells aircraft for the puprose of training, alot of flight schools use them. Like Embry-Riddle etc.

What it was really though... i prayered to my angels, as well as God, Jesus all good beings for intervention I was so sincere in my prayer..when I was saying it I got goosebumps all over me..and was tingly.  I knew my angel was next to me...I felt all the negativity leave me and after I had finished I felt so happy and full of energy.
 Just read a bit off there it has really good prayers deep in meaning

Our angels prefer not to intervene and let things happen in general..but with enough sincerity and meaning they will always do what is right I love them[:X]

I read in a Physchic Self Defense book (not Roberts) that negs hate classical, but more importantly they absolutely despise Children singing Nursery rhymes.  So do I, but I can take it better!  I've been using Enya to help clear, and it's been quite effective.

I would reccomend a good physical house cleaning, followed by a spiritual cleaning.  A dark cluttered basement is a good place for a NEG to hide.

anyway to the author..good to hear its sorting out...I am under attack from entities lots, i stave it off with a infinate cross on drawn with a pen on my stomach...they really do work certain symbols...thank go d for this forum..six months ago i was on the brink of losing the plot...so i decided to find out what was up with me...now i know i am not scared as i know what its is i am dealing with...half the battle really...i am in in contact with a shamanic healer who says he can sort it out and helped someone here...and my use of drugs was a possible reason (can put holes in your aura) so it all looks good...to anyone suffering on this forum...do not...take positive action against your problem and don't pretend its not happening like i did for three years...there are people out there who know thier s**t on this sort of thing and thank god they do!!knowledge seems to be power! sorry this is a ramble in its self but i just thought i'd say...thanks to people on this site..the end of the battle is in sight[]

Partially why i avoid drugs is to keep my credibility. Otherswise they could discount me as a drug addict, or that it was simlpy drug induced.

By keeping myself from ever using drugs, they cant use that argument against me.

They might just call me crazy, but no one really knows this side of me. I dont freely give this info to people i meet on the street.

Besides they would never guess that *I* could be even remotly close to being psychic... I hide my intentions well[]

Ok here is some examples of what is happening..

About a week ago i wake up in my queen bed around 3am and there is something next to me in my bed breathing heavily and I feel its breathe on my hand which was stretched across onto other pillow..I rush turn lights on and nothing..

It has tried to talk to me in a little girls voice but I ignored it as my intuition told me it was a neg imitating.

A few nights ago it went into my body... as I was lieing in bed I saw it in my minds eye enter me.. then I felt immense pressure inside left half of my head.  And it messed with my energy body...I could feel it inside of me.. it is a really hard feeling to describe..I kicked it out with my intent to kick it out that its going to get nothing off me and imaging myself as a holy good being emmiting love from the inside then I felt it leave me.

2 Nights ago I started casting golden/positive light shields around my bedroom and myself with my mind to protect myself.  It hasn't been able to get in but it is waking me up in the middle of the night trying to get inside my shields.. and when I get up because of it it keeps going.  It trys to get in underneath my bedroom door.. I know this because it makes loud noises that sound like a bunch of cockaroaches scurrying on a hard floor.. it is making these sounds at the base and against the bottom of my door.

The shields Im emmitting seem to be holding it back but I cannot sleep because of these noises it is making like a herd of gargly cockaroaches.  It's scaring me aswell.

I have also been having nightmare like dreams of death.  I don't think there has been a dream in the last 7 days where me, or someone else hasn't died in some accident like a lift falling, bus crash, fire etc.

Please help someone .. I need advice on what I should do to get rid of the neg.
