Strange Experiance from this morning

I dreamnt that I was lying in my bed with Emma (a girl I used to know) she was laying next to me, we were both snoozing and relaxing, I felt so relaxed I felt myself start to sit up out of my body, my vision went as I rose up but I was still completely aware of my surroundings as if I was looking at it all with my eyes, then I came out of trance and felt myself drop back into my body which was when I realized that I could see through my closed eye lids and couldn't't move my body at all, (I was definitely awake and a bit scared now) I saw some sort of spirit beings in my room, ( I looked across at Emma and saw that she was actually a negative entity, (I think she had been tricking and seducing me, perhaps as a diversion it tried to make me think I was projecting?) after breaking paralysis these beings disappeared from sight I remembered that I had left my piece of smoky quartz in my work jeans pocket, so in the darkness I rolled over, got up and searched for it, I got back into bed – and with the smoky quartz in my hand I prayed for help and protection, I lay there for a while not seeing anything else then fell back asleep.

Some time later I woke, remembering all of this thinking that the whole weird experience had all been a dream, at which point I realized that I did actually have the smoky quartz in my hand! Had it not been there I would have put the whole thing down to being a dream. Now I don't really know what was true and what wasn't.


Any Ideas, help or advice would be greatly appreciated

The quartz doesn't need to be real, it may be a representation of a mental defense. It could have been all a dream though, yeah.

No it wasn't just a dream I know I didn't go to sleep with the quartz in my hand, I never have done or felt the need to. The house I was in always had spiritual activity even more so since I started my psychic practicing.

Yes I realize that the crystal could have just been mental, anyhow it worked, and has continued to work.

Do you not believe that crystals posses any qualities?

Wait, did you wake up and physically have some crystal now? I thought it was just in your vision.

Yes i woke up with the crystal in my hand, I do have a piece of crystal that I keep on me, but I never take it out of my trousers.

I dont know what dwells in this house but it doesnt like me and what I have been playing with.

An unclever move by me was to dowse in this house (I noticed that the pendulum moved with more power that it normally would) And I felt a throbbing in my thumb as I did so.
