I am not sure if this is the correct forum be here goes anyway.

Recently, I have been delving into the depths and digging up old memories that may trigger emotions and then working on a way to release them. In actual fact I happened to find loads that would trigger anger so I worked on them and looked at what i had lost in each situation and agreed to lose it. All this has got me thinking. What if others still harbour anger towards me? I can think of two folk that probably have very strong feelings of anger towards me and there is not a great deal I could say to them that would make them feel better.

Both persons (unconnected) feel completely unjust by my own actions but there was really no other course of action I could have taken. I am sure both are the types who will store these feelings, and I have started to believe that it may be affecting me. I live vast distances from them but still feel that, somehow on an energy level, their negative intentions may be reaching through to me. Is there any way that I can sort this out? A shield would be one possibility, but how can I maintain this forever? I would prefer to find some method of removing the problem altogether.

Many thanks

Nita

Hello Steve Dave
The Removing Negativity prayer upon my website would help with the anger. It has parts for asking others forgiveness and for forgiving yourself. I also think the Twin Hearts Meditation would be a big help. I do not have a website for it but it is in the search engines.

Hi Steve Dave,
If others are angry towards you that is their problem, not yours.  That you are moving through your own issues is all that is important for now.  You must allow those who harbour anger towards you, to go their own way because it is their experience they have chosen.

You can use very simple methods to negate the effects you feel from others projecting their anger towards you in their thoughts.  ONe is to simply imagine a mirror wrapped around you so that it reflects back to them what they are sending to you.  Try it next time you feel it happening.

Lastly, in such cases there is little you can do to help them because they have made up their minds, and usually no amount of talking will convince them otherwise.  In such cases even sending love and light will not be effective because they are closed to you.

Let them go and move on your path.

Love Always.

He didn't mention if he did anything bad to deserve the anger, I'd like to know about that personally.

I know I hate pretty much everyone, yet can be befriend people. Befriend this guy!

I can't help you on that one. I'm passive aggresive, so I'm always angry.
Chris: I never knew anyone who went crazy before, except for my invisible friend, Col. Schwartz.

So what's that mean anyway, people who are angry but keep it in and don't let it out?

Man, I'm a passive aggressive too.

It means you are creating illness for your future.  Suppressing anger can only lead to health issue later in life.

There is an old saying that goes, "When you accept your place in the Universe you will be free from anger."

Maybe you need to find an outlet for your suppressed anger, something that lets you use the power/energy that is available in anger to be creative and positive with it.

Some time ago I was taught a meditation on this subject.  I found it helpful for me, so it might be worth a try.

First, you imagine that there are cords, or bonds, between people that are in your life, be they friends, family, loved ones, people that cross your path briefly, or people that you are in conflict with and have bad feelings towards you (and vice versa).  These cords are energy attachments at certain points on your body.  You only want to remove those cords that are destructive to you.

In meditation, you imagine yourself by a log fire, next to a stream.  In your meditation you take yourself into your body to find where the energy cords are located which link you to the person you wish to dissolve these energy connections with.  When you have located them, imagining their thickness and texture, you then invite this person to sit across from the fire with you.  You tell them why you have invited them, explaining how you feel, accepting responsibility and apologising for your own part in the conflict.  You listen to what they have to say.  You then explain to the person  how you understand their point of view and how the conflict has arisen, but that you need to now move on with your life and let this go.  Then you check for these cords, and starting with the first, you cut it at both ends (theirs and yours) and place it on a tray.  You seal both on yourself and on them where you have cut the cord (so it doesn't re-attach).  Then you turn to your tray with the cut cord on it, chop it into little bits, then set fire to it, dissolve it in acid, or whatever works for you to disintegrate it.  After that you take your tray with the remnants to the stream, and let the ashes float away, so ensuring it is fully disposed of and scattered.  You repeat this with each cord until you cannot find any more.  When you are done, you thank the person for their participation, you wish them happiness, and watch them walk away.  This meditation may have to be repeated several times.

Another variation on this that I found on a website was to imagine the cords, then send light and love down them in a massive explosion of energy, in the form of a gift for that person (you do not imagine what the gift is, you just ask that it be sent as a gift and leave whatever form it may take to higher powers!), whilst imagining the cord disintegrating behind this energy, like a lit fuse.  Again, this may have to be performed several times.  The author of this meditation said that if all else fails and the cords keep re-attaching, then simply instruct that only your own energy comes back through the cords, their own energy bounces back.  Soon they will drop these cords on their own because they are no longer serving any purpose.

If you simply bounce the negative energy back, the other person may perceive it as an attack, which serves no purpose to either of you.

Hope you find this useful. :)

Hi Stevedave, you're having a great chance to improve you psychic and spiritual abilities.

If others are angry towards you it is probably because your energies are somehow uncomfortable to others, it doesn't mean that are "bad" energies, just different.

Take this chance to learn , look close to other peoples attitudes and opinions upon you and find as many sides as you can find about the issue (probably as they do to you).
If you take one opinion and acknowledge all its implications you'll find many different chances to learn and become the center of your own reality.  Then you'll be able to take those opinions and attitudes to manifest and tell your own belief.      ...Just find people that share your own reality "level".

Is a great training to play in the edge of the "unrecoverable" , you'll know a lot better  other people , their way of living and the "alliances" they make to each other.

Many thanks for all the advice and help. I have been busy travelling so have had little time to respond to your posts.

I think it just comes down to whether or not I allow myself to feel that I deserve anger towards me. As we all create our own reality, I suppose how others feel should not affect us so long as we are detached from it.
