For a couple of years now, I've had on and off experiences in my bedroom, or the house, etc. whenever I'm alone and think I'm safe, when really, I'm not. I've had dreams of a burnt shadow man that stares at me and is always watching. I've met him a couple times, for he has pinned me down and almost made me chant Satan's name and he is always coming to me at 3:35 a.m. if I happen to alone and awake at that time. So far, I've heard his voice for he has tried communicating with me several times, and he has appeared to one to many times. His eye sockets are empty. His body is charred.
Today, I was in my room alone, writing in my journal, when suddenly, this icy blast of wind hits me from behind and there is a deep growling coming across the room, I get up and turn around to see this mist that is transluscent but it was like ripples on a pond, but I could see though it. Then I hear my name being called and the mist gets closer, I literally felt all the warmth in my body leave me and a froze sense of dread filled me. I bolted out of the room feeling as if I was being weighed down by something and when I slammed the door shut and ran across the house, I could see his black shadow in the outline of doorway. Then after all the fear left, i felt something calling me back into the room. Telling me not to leave.
This charred man came to many years ago, and I always assumed he was just a lost soul that died a terrible way, now I am not so certaint. I believe he is a demon, but I do not know how to get rid of him. I need help ASAP! Suggestions and ideas would help tremendously!

It kind of sounds like you're a victim of sleep paralysis... you might want to do a bit of research on that topic on this forum.
Drop the fear, just chase them away. They will tire and leave you alone.
I've tried not being scared, and for the most part it worked, but its hard to not be scared of him when he appears. Its like i'm frozen. Is it true I can get rid of him by no longer being afriad? If so, then how do I stop fearing him?

Improve your life style and have faith in a greater power (God or whatever you like it to be) that will protect you. These negative entities are mostly attracted to fear and negative people, so if you improve yourself mentally and spiritually they will gradually leave you alone. I got rid of them by improving my social life, praying, learning martial arts and meditation but it took me quite a few years.

It is not really like that. You can't choose to go anyplace you want (especially someplace you have never been) and be sure you are going there and not your percpetion of what it should be. People can send him good intentions, or maybe even help him in that way you describe if they were close to him or knew him phsyically, but aiding a stranger in such a manner is not simple stuff.
Perhaps there is some way to displace the fear. Maybe you can think about how much the being is suffering and empathize with it, rather than just feeling pure fear.
Showing care for its wellbeing combined with lack of fear of it might produce different results in your next encounter.

You are experiencing Sleep Paralysis and its not a demon... but me thinks any rational explanation would be falling on deaf ears.
What it is is the thing that 50% of people hear are trying to induce. This is the way of SP.

this creature that you are describing sounds like the Warlock Chad character I created. i do not think that they are related. this thing, with it's icey powers and ability to create cold winds, it could be some form of servitor that got loose, and perhaps quite possibly was created out of fear... i don't know, sorry, just rambling... i looked at this post to check for tips on how to get rid of my own demons, but mine are highly telepathic and there is more involved than simple fear based scenarios. i think it's different when they manifest on the physical level and start hacking away at your physical brain, magnetizing it and creating a form of permanent bond...

what does his voice sound like? deep, resonating, rumbling, gravelly, like an 80 year old smoker demon?
if this thing has the physical power to hold you down and almost make you chant Satanic, then, perhaps try calling a good voodoo doctor or exorcist... other than that, open your aura to the celestial and try to create an invincible, unbroken field of energy, then it will not as easily penetrate your kinetic energy with it's own...

There can't be many demons out there. I haven't seen one... so the chances of it being identical to yours amongst a sparse population is pretty high, especially with the low voice and addiction to nicotine... of which there seems to be a classification; the Smoker Demon... are they from the Murks of Thell?

Hey there Bedeekin. I hear about people saying they get sleep paralysis every night and are terrified by it. I wish I was in their shoes and did have it everynight. The problem is that people don't understand what it is. I am still trying to learn how to induce it. With me... SP is an excellent gateway for me to have an OBE. (Sometimes I don't even get the paralysis.) But when I do... I know I am set to go, and it's easy as pie after that. Can't wait till I learn how to induce this SP. I have gotten a lot better that is forsure!
