how to destroy attachments?

I dont' know if this is the right forum for this, but i would like to know how to do that, and if it's required active psychic abilities for this, if yes, then is there anyone able to do this on me? I absolutly need to destroy the several attachments i have, most of them are sexual (as fetishes).

I think attachments are just another way for people to not take control of their own emotions or problems.  Kinda like how you keep attacking me personally.  Do you think it is a neg attachment that is making you feel and act this way?

I have been very calm when responding to you and you've done nothing but say hurtful and demeaning thing.  I'm not playing the victim. I'd say it's not a matter of destroying but of understanding new constructive ways that will substitute the old ones.

Nevertheless, there are many attachments that we can't get rid of, because they're of our very animal nature, which is, in fact, part of ourselves.
