I'm just plagued by deceptive astral entities

Something can only be communicated to a human if he has seen something similar. You might see "certain people" because you cant understand what they really look like. What lies to they tell you?

You give them positive and negative energy, and neither work, so try this:  earth energy.  Visualize the energy of nature rising up and pouring into them.  I don't know why it works, but, they really don't like it.  Surround yourself with it and do the core-image removal technique posted on this site, outside the forum, to destroy their connection with you.  using this energy will build your confidence, lessen fears, and thus lessen their hold over you.  Good luck!

Thanks.  I don't want to answer that beavis, I see it as giving them attention, which is what they seem to want.  I think that core-image might be worth a go, cheers, i'm going to read it again now.

Core image removal rocks.  I have been doing it for a couple of days and I get very relaxed after doing it.  It really does dig up negative emotions burried inside.... god knows how deep my rabbit hole is... but it works.  Don't know if its any kind of ultimate solution... but its relaxing so I recommend it to anyone who has neg problems.

I have heaps of problems with what I assume you call negs - entities that just bonk with you with no end.

I had this about a year ago, and slowly came to accept these feelings as just like normal, but now I've had an event in my life where I realise again that I'm just getting manipulated over and over again.  Its no fun.

I can't do anything because I can't astral travel - every time I put up a gold light shield it just gets taken down in half the time I take to put it up.  My mind is just chaotic from them.  I can shout at them tell them to go away go somewhere else but It doesn't work.  I give them positive energy and they like me even more.  There's just no way out!!  I've even had Nita Hickok do work but they still won't go - i think i'll try her again.

I know they are astral entities because when I start to type about topics they don't like my fingers go somewhat out of my control.  I can also see them and communicate very clearly.  They communicate but just lie, pretend they are certain people to get my attention, u know everything deceptive possible.

I wish I incarnated as a non sensitive [xx(]
