Title: I'm scared of the Dogman...
Post by: niffler on February 26, 2012, 19:55:07
Hi, I have been attempting astral projection for a week or so, but as I relax and try to do it, my mind keeps popping up an image that I saw on the web of the "Dogman of Michigan", like a scary werewolf creature.  Also, after reading about "Negs", I'm afraid that  if I am successful the Dogman might be in my room and that makes me freaked out. I know I have a lot of work to do to even be able to project, and fear must be controlled, so am I just freaked out for nothing?  Thanks. BTW I have Robert Bruce's book "Mastering astral projection" in 90 days. Is this a good book for a beginner? Niffler

You must conquer your fear, to do that you must accept your fear and the possible consequences it may hold. Now you have nothing to fear.

People tell me that MAP is good but I think it is too slow as I could do all of week 1 of the program in 1 day. But then again I guess that means it is good for beginners.
