First forget about the psychological terms to demeaner yourself. You are not hallucinating. I experience telepathy with my attacker. Most attackers feed from you. It gives them power. It also cleanses them after doing the wrong they do. Black magician need alot of power to do their spells.
Drawing energy from your attacker, I has my attacker blow energy into my aura.
I have tried prayers and the name of Jesus and they didn't work ewither. My attacker doesn't fear this, if a person doesn't fear yuor use it won't stop them.
Did this healer attune you? I'm starting to make connection between people being attacked and them some how being attuned.
Look into acupressure, they have books at the local library. This will help to clear blockages not just in the major chakras.
My attackers uses more then the Yogic chakras he also uses the ones in the qabalah to attack through. Also get the book Magical Passes by Carlos Castaneda it will show you different stances for intent.
Here the things with crystals. I haven't found anything wrong with using them. If you find you are having headaches get a rose quartz it takes it away.  
I read that using a magnet can seal whole in your aura. I haven't learned the technique yet. I would assume this would be better then seeing a healer. I have went to a reiki session before. I have also learned that one can harm your aura during this healing. As you and I and other's here have come across a person trying to destory people.
I see that your attacker is male. I would assume you are female? It appears that most attackers are the opposite sex then the victim.

From what I learned from my attacks there is anothers energy here. I have felt the energy move around me. I haven't found anyone to remove it. Not many will tell you someone's energy is with you.
I have also seen my attacker place his energy into other people.

My experience is that links are forged all the time for all sorts of reasons such as simply travelling and of course during psychic activities. These become part of the record as it were.
If a link is mantained then if it is located then there are options for making it redundant but keep it in mind that the memory continues to exist and it could be re-instated.

Regarding the loop, do you see a join to the link between you and the perp? We find that this is quite a common method for initially adding a link, a line is swung out and wrapped around the target, it is then tightened to consolidate the link. The link can then be used to send material with maybe emotions and/or other mayhem.
I had an occurance of this today and followed the link back where the perps had visualised a two cylinder pump which they were using to send stuff my way. The viewing projection that I was using was close to this so I solidified it a little and held it against one of the cylinders. It started to break up, watching them become aware of the damage was interesting and brought a little light relief to the otherwise boring activities of those who without others to drain are without any personal stature. Another method that we see is a twisting of the link skipping rope fashion which creates discomfort similar to some that you have described.
One thing to try is to interface with the links and work to make them redundant, often while active they will have a colour, smokey blue seem to be a current popular hue. I find cutting them and/or squeezing out the perps material and/or taking mental control and switching them off screws with the links. Where successful we note a colour change to a light grey sort of dead state but as with much of this stuff internal translation plays a part.

But the bottom line is that the perp (or something else that has chosen to exploit the original linking) is actively maintaining this stuff and that is where change is needed. Need to identify what they are getting out of it and start from there. In the meantime damaging the connections makes it harder for them and may make them look elsewhere.

If you yourself want to fight back, then you will need to learn and use magic (irrelevant of what it may be called)

Therefore the first steps you will need to learn are:
1. Focussing and clearing the mind, through intense meditation. Good exercise being focussing on and counting your breaths to the exclusion of everything else - once you can do this and not think any other thought for say, 5 minutes, you're doing well.
2. Visualisation - the ability to create a mental (mostly visual) construct, and hold it steady in your mind, again 5 minutes.
3. Real magickal exercises!!

Hi. I have read your post and I think I can help you. First, your attacker makes you feel fear and that is a sign that they are using the negative energy in their heart chakra to attack you. This can be stopped by directly attacking them. I have listed directions on how to perform a psychic attack in my post. It says "Psychic Warfare: How To Psychically Battle". You can read it and see if it helps you.

OK - If you want to sever an etheric tie that the person has made with you, here is how you do it. It is very simple. First, you have to figure out which chakra they are tied to. In most cases, negative etheric ties are attached between both person's sacral chakras (located in the abdomen). It is about 2 to 3 inches under your belly button.  When you find this etheric tie, feel it totally. Now visualize a sharp blade of energy. With your mind, will this energy to cut the tie. You will have to move the energy very fast up and down and up and down over the affected area. Make sure you feel the energy. It may take you some time, but if you do it repeatedly for a while eventually the yucky cord will be cut. If you try this and it does not work, you can leave another post and I will try to figure out another way to help you.

Oh, I am going to add some more things here. You say that the attacker is making you feel depressed? That is a type of psychic attack. You can stop it by figuring out which chakra this depression energy is travelling through. Then you can attack the attacker through this chakra, and also try to spin your chakra to correct the flow of energy because it may be messed up.  From what I have read it seems like the symptoms of your attack are very severe. Intense meditation may help.
If the attacker is using crystals against you, you can also use crystals to defend yourself from them. You can place the crystal or crystals over whatever points in your body are being affected, and leave them there during the attack. After this you will have to purify the crystals with saltwater. You mentioned you are following the Chbristian path. I do not have any experiences with other paths but this one. Robert Bruce talks about this very thing in his book about Spiritual selfdefence. That might help. If you desire to follow the Christain way I could help you. There are many different things that can be done but I am not eager to share them here as they do not seem to go over well with most folks , and stir quite a controversy. I'm looking for some advice on how to defend myself against psychic attack from a living human source.

There have been one or two bouts where the attacks were terribly severe and lasted for months at a time but there is a continual disruption in my psyche which involves mental problems(strains of thought that are almost schizophrenic in character), sleep paralysis, attacks on my body where I feel strange internal energy affecting my nervous system and energy channels, mild hallucinations relating to this persons being, and burning or cold sensations in my leg and back. Also, I often have a feeling of dread induced by his presence but am usually able to positively overcome this. Occasionally, however, it is intense.
