secondly, yes a human being is capable of great evils. as discouraging as it might be to understand about our race, it is true. however, it goes the other way too, humans are capable of great good too [].

I am very sorry to hear of this trauma of yours, I have undergone an extreme possession for over a year now but am on the road to recovery. I am not familiar with all the relations of the various degrees of possession but here is what I would suggest. Use your imaginations and visualisations of how you defeat this obstacle, talk to your cells, cheering them up, tell them to win the fight against this one. I have tried excorism and it is dangerous, it made my mental physical convolute totally screwed up, even worse. Try to Call for the Archangel of Death, Azrael, it may work, try calling on the Carrions, that may help (they deal with discarnates), call out for Archangel Michaels protection and that he uses His sword to cut all attachments to this being, that may help, you may call to Jesus (Yeshua) but be careful of religious attachments if you do not believe the doctrines. As in my case there are probably mental and emotional programming that needs to change and that takes a process that can be longer or shorter to get you in balance. I have started to use positive affirmations and that does help! Know that the Universe is residing in you and think of that and know that the universe always responds, that will help. Yes pray to God and use prayers that fits the most wonderful idea you have of God and think of Unconditional Love, think how your heart expands to take in Unconditional Love from God Creator Source Spirit, whatever name you feel appropriate for you. This will not necessarily solve it in a snap, it did not in my case but it does help me to deal with it. Here is a prayer that should be effective, read it without praying first so you feel comfortable with the format. Holy Spirit is associated with the Christian Church and as you are a buddist I would consider how to approach that. Or change it with just Spirit or whatever term suits you. You could shorten it but these entities I sense rarely work singularly but have like gangs or leagues.

Also you can ask Him to (to make sure you get out as much as possible of your hauntings energies) that St. Michael pull a net through your energetic systems.

I know this is tough, especially when all you try seems to fail you. But know this, you have absolute right to be alone and have freedom from these kind of invasions. I can not give you a good answer as to why it is so cumbersome to heal and restore this traumas and there as many variations on the answers as there are flowers on the planet.

Dear love and light, I sympathise totaly, Ive had an expirience aswell, so I know its not fun at all!!. If I could offer you any helpful advice I would ask you to stop doing anything metaphysical for the next six monthes if you are? Find some books on positive thinking straight away!! and read them, forget anything dark or magical as you know like atrracts like and the harder you try and get rid of something the more it will want  to try and play with you, if you a have a malvelant entity around you it will enjoy your fear. Happy non stressed enjoyable activity is what you need and you will be of no Intrest to a negative type energy. Do this staght away.

I really do not understand how stopping all the metaphysical activities would make it go away? Since the attack is on a metaphysical plane it can also be stopped on the metaphysical plane.
Stopping your activity is like letting it continue voluntarily.

I suggest myself that inner work and healing would be the best. Trying to get over all the traumas and other negativity inside yourself would loosen its attachments. Praying to your Higher Self for help is also very effective, you just have to be open for answers. CIR (Core Image Removal) would also be effective as well as passive countermeasures.

The point in passive countermeasures is to make them drain as much energy from the Neg as possible. If the burden increases the Neg is much more likely to abandon the victim and find another one.

You could also ask your Higher Self to learn you self-defence/blasting with positive energy etc.

Hi Jasmine (nice name) First let me point out that I dont!  pass on imformation unless im asked to do so, nor do I have any notion that I have any influence or control over any spirit person or bieng im only conveying a message.
since reading your post ive communicated with a  Native american Shamen in Spirit, a very spiritualy powerful character indeed.He did not come alone he had others with him. He confimrmed that you have unwanted spirit around, ( excuse me I had to check!)  He told me to tell you he is going to get rid of your unwanted guest! Please also note that i have had communication with this spirit person before and I trust them 100 percent.
He also confirmed that you are going to need a very positive attitude and not to worry. Its my belief that if he says its gonna go its gonna go!

Thank you to all who have responded. I am experiencing a lot of energy changes since my initial posting. I work a full time job and am trying to maintain my energy level and so have not been able to reply to those who have helped recently. I have contacted a demonologist out on the east coast and a few others, one who lives in the area for more help. I have since last week, been reading many passages from psalms, smudging my house, and waiting for some replies. I understand about setting down metaphysics for a while, but once realized, it is difficult to see it as a seperate subject than 'what is.'Plus, this demon or whatever it is is intelligent in its own way but has no intelligence within or about the metaphysical system it is a part of. It has been projecting murder at me for a long time, and my mind has had to interpret every single mental and physical illness I could ever imagine. I have picked up a lot of tools from this battle but am still very weak and helpless. It feels like it needs to be exorcised, given no choice but to leave, and all the cords cut between me and this black magician that I know. It feels like it is on an astral level, I only know this out of intuition, not knowing the astral level well. It is also on a psychic level because I receive messages about the future and upcoming events all the time. But it's odd, I don't feel like I am psychic, but that whatever is attacking me, is. Hi lovenlight the above member have given you good advice.   Sometimes it is better to simply turn away and instead focus your attention and energy on physical reality.  Although this may seem trivial and simple it can work wonders after a while.  It is no overnite process but give it a few months and you will get results.

Your aura also appears to be fine and your troubles may be thought based existing primarly on the mental plane.

Thank you blue light [], a thought starts on the the mental plane,it then becomes an emotion (on the emotional plane) which then mannifests on the physical.This how many illness starts (Dis-eas) So the trick is to block or cancel the thoughts reaching the emotion, the tibetan ( Cant Spell) monks used the words not this not this, when encountering a negative unwanted thought and balanced it with a positive one if nesaccery. Its a good thing to practice, and the less one pays attention to an unwanted visitation the more likely it will get bored and leave.

I had one that I couldent get rid of, and every time I closed my eyes it stared at me as close as it could get! and it didnt look very friendly! Hello, I am new to the forum. I am desperate for some help. I have been undergoing a serious psychic attack for the past three years, but have been effected by the same presence for almost 10 years. I met a man about that time 10 years ago, that has a lot of activity in the black arts that is the first person I suspect, but the things that have been happening to me I am having a hard time accepting that an incarnate being is even capable of. This being has such a grip on me that my physical health is in serious danger. He used to send very intense negative energy toward all of my ckakras and now as a result of the battle, my physical body is suffering intensely. There is a lot to my story but I am really too weak to go into detail. I have tried many healers but because the attacker will not let me receive the healing I am seemingly helpless. I just finished Robert Bruce's Practical Psychic Self Defense and after many other books, I feel like I need an exorcism but do not think they are performed in Montana (atleast in the Catholic Church), where I am located. I am a practicing Buddhist and have tried that route but this negative entity will not let me get there. Can anyone help? Even temporary relief. Thank you so much for your time.

I have been under psychic attack for long time and occasionally taking the help of a healer, that used to help me. Latest  I was suspecting under being on possession for almost  6 months particularly after I intended to have spiritual acceleration.  It is very hard to even think coherently for even 5 seconds.   After doing this mentioned prayer yesterday , I was able to sleep nicely after 6 months. Hey everyone, my name's Jaime and I've been going through the same ordeal as stated above with lovenlight. I am in-experienced as well, the main reason as to why I have not been able to help myself learn, even though I read really great books, is because I have actual astral Projectors- poss. people from my past, who are pretending to be "neg. entities" and so far, passive countermeasures do not touch them. They wake me up at least twice through my sleeping cycles, I get on average about 4 hours sleep a night if not less. IS There anyone who can help with the fact that these people won't even let me sleep and live my life?
