My has been attacked by some spirit for a couple of years and i would like to do something but i don't know what i can do. i am really sad this is happening to my mom. :cry:

Visualising alone is not likely to be enough, that's way too fluffy bunnyish. You and her could do with working together on some serious psychic self defence. Energy body work a.k.a NEW energy ways etc would be a major help here I would have thought. I'm sure you'll get some other solid suggestions. Including if she or you has a strong religious faith of some kind-it's possible you could ask your Deity(s) maybe...not my field however.

Try to encourage her to get into fruits and veg a lot more big time. Lighter meats/fish too rather than red meat.
Clearing the mind meditation would be useful, there are articles on this on the forum for sure. Also the NEW tutorial(s) on astraldynamics.com. If you've got some familiarity, then the Mystic heart healing method maybe of use in time to come also. Drunk here else I'd be more specific. Chi kung, yoga and some solid exercise would help, get her out to the country more if possible. Back to nature would be big help too...major if combined with some energy training, good living and change of lifestyle.
Consult the book, "Psychic Self Defense" by Robert Bruce- of course and also: sweat lodging/ salt baths/ no drinking or drugs.

5 grams of instant coffee
1 pound of sea salt (kosher is OK)
1 pound Baking soda
Completely immerse yourself 7 times. Stay in the bath for 20 minutes.
If you are very tired afterwards that means a lot of negativity was in your aura & has been taken out.
It is good to do this everyday (or as often as possible) until you are not so tired from it.
I use up to 2lb of Sea Salt for my baths, and it does work, but you have to stay in the water for about 20min. I can feel stuff coming out of my legs a lot, probably because of energy transfer in my feet.
You can also coat you feet with an essential oil like sandalwood or lavendar or mint. Our auras fo into the ground and coating the feet protects that. I've also heard we have a lot of energy votices in the feet and it prevents the little criminals from getting in.
With NodesOfYod's suggestionm I would add to that make it a tactile and visual sensation. Make it as real in as many senses as you can even. Feel heat, hear it as well as see it.

Try cleansing your home, too. Just be sure to get every nook and cranny.
Get some holy water (water with salt in it that is then blessed), and any of these herbs to mix in it: sage(a good one), rosemary, basil, lemon(a helpful fruit), and I think catnip works well too provided you don't have any cats.
Mix what you have together clockwise, feeling it fill with bright and cleansing energy and all the neativity leave it. Then work systematically from room to room (closets inlcluded) and walk around each room clockwise sprinkling the water and saying out loud and strongly that all evil is banished from the room, when you've got every room, go to the center and declare all evil to be banished from your home. If you are religious, you can call on your god or whoever to help you, but make sure that you are the one who does the banishing.
This is what I use both to get rid of entities and as a preventative, and for me, it works well.

well i will tell you what happened this morning. the spirit sat right next to her and my mom tried to look at him and he got mad and choked my mom. he was trying to throw her out the window but she was praying god to seal the windows. so he grabbed her again and tried to take her out the ceiling but could not either so he threw her on the bed and she felt it, how she was thrown.

This doesnt sound like your ordinary neg considering it doesnt "give a damn" about hurting people physically.
maybe it is worries that was thought about so much they were manifested.
Or it could be a previous spirit of a criminal or someone.
Try this This technique works for me and I do exorcisms almost weeklly.
make a energy ball in the middle of a home/room.
fill this energy ball with neutral energy and negative energy.
When the neg goes near it imagine the ball capturing it.
Then fill it with love and positive thoughts.
This should drive the neg away or even destroy it.
As a follow up create the energy balls filled with love in every room then imagine them sort of exploding and the room being filled with golden light and love.

While it may not be as intricate as other solutions suggested here and may be seen as too simple or naive, from my own experience, the most immediate way of handling entities of this nature is to offer it sincerity, love and compassion (Light in and of itself).
An entity who intends any harm and those who may just want attention will either be repulsed by pure and natural love and run elsewhere, or become docile and giving to requests for peace. Unfortunately, it's very difficult for many to offer someone or something we may view as an enemy real Love and Light.

I felt as though I was being attacked over a long period of time.
What ever it was using my own fears against me.
I didn't no about the negs back then and I had already defeated my own personal neg many years before reading Psychic Self Defence.
I knew there was something wrong when I reached a very low point in my life.
I was sitting in my living room feeling depressed for no reason in particular; I remember seeing out of the corner of my eye, a dark cloud hanging over my head in the mirror above the fireplace.
This image was only brief, it was enough to make me realise that there was more to my depression than meets the eye.
Although I felt scared at the time, I decided turned my fear into anger and faced whatever it was that was attacking me. I cursed and threatened it to leave me alone. I even punched the air around me as though I was physically attacking the creature. (I'm just glad nobody could have seen me, I must have looked like a madman.) After a few moments I felt as though something lifted from my being and I felt all light-headed and happy.
I had to do this on a number of times over the passing weeks but it seemed to clear it and I've never felt as low since.
I'm not saying this is going to work for you, but it could be worth a try.

thank you guys so much. well i have been trying to be patient with my mom, you know not making her get mad over school and other things, and she told me that the entity has not come by anymore! i guess it was because she was so weak inside that it was attracted. But she told me that this spirit has been bothering her for like more than 5 years.
