I'm currently reading Practical Psychic Self-Defense by Robert Bruce.
I felt a pricking sensation on the skin on the back of my right arm. I wanted to see if there was any visible explanation for this pricking sensation. With my hand, I turned the skin so I could see the area that I felt the pricking at. Then, for a very brief moment, I saw a long, thin refraction of light shoot away from the area at a high speed. The pricking stopped.
Was the refraction in the light caused by the neg? Robert talks about how auras interact with light and I was wondering if this is something similar.
Has this happened to anyone else? It happened so fast that I was left wondering if I imagined it.
I have had the same happen to me, there was something on the wall, it didn't seem like it was there, but it was shimmering and then it just moves very fast and is gone.

I thought it was a "small energy feeding neg" because I felt the pricking sensation.
